Step into Penny’s Place, a modern, bright, and beautifully maintained 3-bedroom holiday home set in the prestigious 5★ Hoburne Holiday Park in Christchurch, Dorset.
Comfortably sleeping 6 guests, it’s the ideal choice for families, especially parents of twins – we’ve truly thought of everything to make your stay effortless.
Designed for Families – as grandparents to a 7 yr old and 3 yr old twins, we have been there done that; therefore the van is set up specifically for families.
Travelling with little ones can be tricky, but here it’s easy. We provide two of everything – from travel cots and highchairs to bouncers and bed guards – plus baby essentials like a changing mat, floor protectors, padded play mat, baby bath and a box full of toys. Baby/toddler cutlery, plates, and bowls are all ready and waiting.
You just bring yourselves – we’ve got the rest covered.
A True Home-from-Home
The open-plan living space is light, airy, and welcoming, with a fully equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso coffee machine and dual air fryer) so you can whip up anything from a quick breakfast to a three-course dinner. Gather around the dining area for family meals, then sink into the large L-shaped sofa in the lounge for cosy evenings in.
Enjoy movie nights with the Smart TV (log in to your Netflix or Amazon Prime), dive into our collection of board games, or challenge each other to a round on the Wii console. With central heating and a feature electric fire, you’ll feel perfectly snug no matter the season.
Bedrooms Made for Rest & Privacy
Master bedroom: King-size bed, en-suite WC, double wardrobe, dressing table, and Smart TV.
Two twin bedrooms: Each with two (narrower) single beds, wardrobe/storage, and Smart TVs – so there’s no arguing over the remote!
A bright family shower room completes the layout, with space for all your holiday essentials.

Outside, enjoy your wraparound sunny deck with secure balustrades and a fitted gate – safe for children and pets.

Dog-Friendly
Your four-legged friends are welcome too. We simply ask you bring a towel for muddy paws and a blanket for the sofa/bed if they like a cuddle.
Unfortunately, we have recently had guests who have shown no respect for our holiday home and our lovely cleaner has had to do additional cleaning to bring it back up to a 5 star ⭐ standard for the next guests. With no exceptions, the additional cleaning charges, will in future, be invoiced to you after your stay. (Sorry to have to add this in but you would be shocked at how some guests leave the van ☹️. If you feel that you cannot agree to this then perhaps our van is not for you).

Guest access
There is plenty of free parking directly opposite our holiday home with no designated parking spaces.
Park facilities - pool, gym, entertainment area are very close by, which you may use if you have purchased leisure passes. These will be arranged once you have booked your stay.
Without leisure passes you can still use the cafe, bar & restaurant.

🏡 Guest Etiquette - Important Information
Bottom line is, unfortunately, we have recently had guests who have shown no respect for our holiday home and our lovely cleaner has had to do additional cleaning to bring it back up to a 5 star ⭐ standard for the next guests. With no exceptions, the additional cleaning charges, will in future, be invoiced to you after your stay.
Penny’s Place is our much-loved family holiday home. We work hard to keep it comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming for every guest, so we ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own home.
✅ Please leave all items clean, stain-free, and returned to their proper place ready for the next guests. Additional cleaning, stain removal, repair, or replacement costs may be charged where necessary.
🚭 No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the caravan or on the decking. Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in additional cleaning charges.
🐾 Dogs welcome (£30 per dog, maximum 2 by prior agreement). Please bring a blanket for the sofa and a towel for muddy paws. Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning required may incur additional charges.
💡 Utilities are included. Please switch off lights and heating when leaving the property to help keep energy use and costs down.
💬 Accidents happen. If anything is broken, damaged, or stained during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate honesty and can usually resolve issues quickly when informed.
