The space
The house is decorated with a Bohemian flair. It exudes a light, airy welcome home feel. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open living area. A small verandah just off the living area allows one to enjoy beautiful sunrises with a cup of coffee or tea or a favorite beverage. The spacious balcony is furnished with lounge chairs and a dining area.

Living/Dining

Enjoy an open area with comfortable seating, a dining table with chairs and a 50" t. v. to enjoy your favorite t. v. shows and movies. Guests are responsible for logging in and out of their streaming.

Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen awaits you. Everything that you need to prepare your favorite meals is provided. There is even a crockpot and a waffle maker.

Bed and Bath

This home has two stylish and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen -sized bed, walk-in closet and a dedicated workspace for anyone that wants to work remotely. The master bath has a jacuzzi sized tub to enjoy long relaxing baths. Bedroom two has a full size bed. However, there is a pull-out couch in the living area and an inflatable single bed.

Outside
The garden is in the beginning stages of a food forest. However, there are seasonal fruits and vegetables that can be enjoyed by guests when available. A propane grill is available for use. Just let us know when you wish to use it.

Pepper Hill Manor in Harts Exuma (between Roker's Point and Steventon) is away from the main road but not away from the fun. Only a stone's throw away the restaurants, bars, beaches, a pharmacy, convenience stores, a bakery, and more. Coco Plum Bistro, Ava's Place, Big D's Conch Place, Lighthouse Cafe, PFC just to name a few. Whatever you need you can walk to or is a short drive away.
