Maison Plein Soleil. Modern eco house, stylishly furnished. South facing passive house with large wood terrace for dining & relaxing. Stunning views of the Pyrenees and the local hamlet.

The lounge/dining area and two double bedrooms open onto the wood terrace, via full height sliding doors. Kitchen is equipped with a Samsung induction hob, Bosch fan oven, compact dishwasher, large fridge/freezer & microwave. Bathroom with walk in shower, double wall hung basin and lavatory. Washing machine.

The space
There are 2 bedrooms. The larger room has a 1.8m wide bed that can be split into twin beds if requested. The second smaller room has a 1.4m wide bed, which cannot be split; however we can supply 2 single duvets for this bed if children are sleeping here.

The lounge, dining and kitchen are in 1 room. There is a 3-seater sofa and an armchair. The kitchen is well supplied with pans, cooking utensils, plates and serve ware. A dining table and 4 chairs are for inside use but we also have 2 folding tables for dining on the terrace in summer.

The bathroom has a walk in shower and WC, a double basin and towel rail. There is a separate small WC with hand wash basin.

Towels and bedding are supplied.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to walk around the property. There are many walks that go directly from the house and excellent walks for various levels in the nearby area. We are very happy to share these with guests.

Other things to note
Plunge pool - 2.3 x 3.3m. For private use of guests.

Neighbourhood highlights

Beautiful, quiet hamlet in the Montagne Noire with views of the Pyrenees. Situated above a vibrant traditional village with well stocked local shop (depot de pain) which is only 5 minute drive away from the house.

The village also has an excellent restaurant, three wineries open for degustation, a regular Saturday morning market with local producers and a busy calendar of activities (bar au vins, music, cultural events) throughout the year.
