Beautiful and walkable

This area is scenic and easy to get around.
A family-friendly flat, centrally located on the High Street and across the road from the slipway to the beach with outdoor space for dining and socialising. Enjoy people watching from the outside space. The location near the beach and with outdoor space, makes this flat a great place to relax and enjoy. Conveniently located for the Seaview Hotel, The Old Fort and the Seaview Yacht Club.

The space
Quay Rocks has a lovely sunny terrace at the front with a dining table. Perfect spot to watch the world go by or a short stroll for your morning swim. The patio doors lead into a bright and modern living space with comfortable seating, tv and electric wood burner. The new kitchen is well equipped and now has a dining table.
There is another hallway leading to the three bedrooms, bathroom, cloakroom and utility area. The main double bedroom has sea views. The flat also has a separate cloakroom. There are two twin rooms, a larger one with twin beds with room for a travel cot and a charming smaller twin bedroom. There is a good sized family bathroom with shower over the bath and a separate cloakroom.

The flat is well equipped and has a travel cot, highchair and pushchair for those travelling with under 2s.

There are two flats above Quay Rocks which share the access.

Guest access
The guests can use the whole flat and the sunny terrace in front. There are three flats who share the area to the rear for bins and storage of boards, kayaks etc.
The two flats above have access to their entrance to the side of your dining terrace.

I live on the Isle of Wight with my wife, Juliet, and our Golden Retriever, Tilly. Together we look after a number of self catering properties on the Island. In Seaview, we have the Seaview Deli where we sell tea, coffee, drinks, sandwiches, souvenirs and a fabulous range of ice creams. I very much enjoy meeting new people and I love sailing, walking, socialising, skiing and tennis.
