Perfect for 2–4 guests seeking a restful countryside escape, centrally located for Norfolk’s best attractions. This exquisite historic mill house, built in 1844, has been beautifully furnished to offer a unique, tranquil and memorable stay. Surrounded by fields and farmland, it boasts panoramic countryside views.
NEW - Private woodfired hot tub located in the rear garden with gorgeous views.
The space
The double bedroom on the ground floor, has an en-suite with bath and overhead shower, and heated towel rail.
The double bedroom on upper floor, has an en-suite with shower and heated towel rail.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a Lamona electric hob and oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Here you will also find a dining table with 4 chairs.
The cosy lounge has a sofa, armchairs, TV and wifi.
The washer/dryer is found in the external utility room.
The garden has a panoramic view of the beautiful Norfolk countryside looking towards the local village of Harpley. Situated in the garden in a private use woodfired Hot tub, BBQ and outdoor seating.

The Roundhouse is partnered with Little Massingham Manor which is less than a Mile away.
Little Massingham Manor is a 63 acre estate in which you are more than welcome to explore, on site we have small children's play area and outdoor Gym equipment, every Monday we have open a coffee shop in the Garden room between 10:00 - 13:00.
We have an incredible woodland spa, and infrared sauna on the estate, which all our guests can hire at a discounted rate. It is hired on a private session basis.
A number of practitioners are based on the estate and offer a variety of health and wellbeing services for you to treat yourself to - massage/facial treatments/personal training/yoga/pilates etc.

We have loved visiting North Norfolk for over 20 years. What started as visiting friends and enjoying the stunning North Norfolk coastline, has evolved into us spending as much time as we can with our young children in the area. Watching them grow up on some of the most beautiful beaches in the UK, whilst ourselves enjoying the picturesque villages and superb restaurants and pubs in the area, and wonderful accommodation, has been an absolute joy.
Norfolk Bound has emanated out of our desire to help others enjoy a similar special experience of North Norfolk, and return home invigorated and with cherished memories. North Norfolk more than ever, really has something to offer for everyone.
All of our accommodation has been designed with guest experience in mind, and has been fine tuned over years of running holiday lets. We have a passion for being environmentally friendly, and you will see that throughout our offerings.
