Designed for families and couples who cherish homely touches, a fantastic kitchen and endless activities both on-site (additional fees apply) and in the stunning local area. This gem is used most of the year by its owner, but she would love for others to enjoy it this summer! 'Sandy Paws' is being rented out for the very first time for Summer 2025, so be among the first to experience its charm!
Step inside and discover a bright, open and airy living space. The heart of this home is the spacious, fully fitted kitchen. Seriously, it's so well-equipped with a large integral fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, electric hob and a double oven, you'll find everything you need for effortless holiday catering – truly better than some kitchens we know! There's ample cupboard space, crockery, glasses and all the cooking essentials you could wish for.
The dining area, with its comfy bench seat and two single chairs, provides plenty of space for everyone to gather for meals, games, or planning the day's adventures.
The lounge area is pure relaxation! Sink into the extra-large corner sofa with its chaise-style finish, perfectly positioned under a large window that floods the room with natural light. It's the ideal spot to chill out. For those cozy evenings, the electric fire sets the mood while you catch up on your favorite series on the Smart TV (Netflix and Amazon ready!). We've also included some board games, children's games, and books for extra entertainment.
The main bedroom offers a king-size bed, ample storage including a double wardrobe and dressing table, plus its own
en-suite WC and basin. It's even spacious enough to accommodate a travel cot if needed (just bring your own mattress/bedding). The twin bedroom provides two comfortable single beds (or can be pushed together to make a second king-size) plus its own wardrobe.
The good-sized family shower room, conveniently located, features a large shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and plenty of storage for all your toiletries.
We've taken care of the essentials: all bedding is provided and made up for your arrival, along with a bath towel per guest, a hand towel per bathroom, bath mats, a tea towel and oven gloves. (Please remember to bring your own beach/pool towels). The entire property is fully double glazed and boasts full central heating for year-round comfort.
Step outside to your lovely decking area, accessible from both the main door and lounge patio doors. You'll find a table with four chairs, plus a rattan sofa set – perfect for al fresco dining, morning coffees, or evening drinks under blue skies. Best of all, with no footpath directly in front, your decking offers a wonderful sense of seclusion and quiet.
Guests can enjoy superb on-site facilities - indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna, steam room and The Venue for entertainment (additional fees apply - see 'Other Details to Note'). Even without passes, you can still access the café, bar, restaurant and amusement arcade. On site, you'll also find crazy golf (extra fee), outdoor adventure playgrounds, an indoor soft play area and a multi-sports area – something for every member of the family!

You have full use of our holiday home during your stay. You will also have access to ALL the leisure facilities if you purchase the leisure passes prior to your stay. Please see 'Other details to note' for information on the passes.
Other things to note
Leisure club passes - In order to use the leisure facilities at Hoburne Park you will need to purchase leisure passes (indoor pool, gym, entertainment venue & outdoor pool in season). Without these, you will not have access to any of those facilities on site, just the cafe, bar, restaurant & amusement arcade (there is an additional charge for crazy golf even if you have purchased the leisure passes).
The passes cost £66 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights. Payment will be made directly to Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes who then applies for the passes for you as our guests. We require at least 1 weeks’ notice to process the passes which will be available for you to collect from reception on your arrival.
All water and electric charges are included in your holiday rental charge but please be mindful of leaving lights and the heating on when you're out, both for environmental reasons but also because of rising energy prices!
This property is privately owned but the owners have enlisted the help of Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes to manage their bookings & property for them. All correspondence will be dealt with by Sue.
Once you have made your booking you will be asked for your email address in order to be sent further information. This information includes all the information on the costs and payment requirements for the leisure passes which are dealt with by Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes & Hoburne Park.
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in our holiday home including on the decking.
