Welcome to your home away from home! Our apartment is fully furnished and features a well-equipped kitchen with essential appliances for your convenience.

Here’s some helpful information to ensure a comfortable stay:

• Transportation Services: We can arrange a private driver or professional tour guide for excursions anywhere on the island. Airport transfers are also available—$30 one way or $50 round trip. We’ll wait for you, no matter the time.

• Air Conditioning: Please remember to turn off the AC whenever you leave the apartment.

• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. However, you’re welcome to smoke outside on the patio or in the shared outdoor spaces.

• Food & Garbage: To avoid attracting ants (which are persistent in tropical climates), always store food in the fridge and dispose of garbage daily in securely tied plastic bags.

• Wi-Fi Access: Details for internet access can be found on the fridge or in the welcome guide.

To enhance energy efficiency, we have installed motion and door sensors for all three AC Units. Here’s how they operate:

1. Door Sensors
• Please keep the door closed.
• If the door is opened, the corresponding AC unit will automatically turn off to conserve energy.

2. Security
• For security purposes, please do not tamper with the security cameras, as they are in place for your safety and protection.

Both conditions must be met for the unit to remain active; otherwise, the AC will not stay on. Thank you for supporting our energy-saving efforts!
