Set in Pyrgos, a lively village with a great local vibe, you’re moments from sunset bars and tavernas without the intensity of Fira or Oia - yet still tucked away in your own private cave house, with a jacuzzi and huge terrace.

The space
An award-winning, fully private cave house in Pyrgos, with a heated jacuzzi and a large roof terrace for sunset.
Space like this is rare in Santorini, especially with this level of privacy. A secluded courtyard keeps the jacuzzi completely out of view, with room for slow breakfasts outside. Above, the roof terrace opens out with loungers, views over the village and blue-domed church, and the sea in the distance. It’s the kind of place you end up staying longer than planned as the light changes in the evening.
Inside, the house stays true to its cave form, with curved walls and a calm, contemporary finish. There’s a small, well-equipped kitchenette for light meals, and a cave bathroom with twin rain showers set into the stone.
The bedroom is quiet, cool, and centred around a super comfortable king-size bed — the kind you don’t rush out of.
Pyrgos is one of the island’s best-kept spots — central, lived-in, and full of good places to eat and drink. You’re steps from excellent tavernas and sunset bars. You won’t have caldera-edge crowds here — just a much calmer side of the island.
Everything around your stay can be arranged if needed (transfers, cruises, restaurant reservations) or you can simply close the door and have the place entirely to yourself.

You’ll have the entire cave house to yourselves—no shared spaces. Pyrgos is a traditional village with winding lanes, local tavernas, and beautiful sunset views just steps away from your door.

The Cave House is reached from the square on foot. It's a 5 minute uphill walk from the square through it's pretty cobbled streets.
The maximum temperature of the jacuzzi is 35 degrees Celsius / 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
