Take it easy at this unique and tranquil coastal retreat set within a unique Field Centre. Walk to the beach at Sandwich Bay. See the wildlife on the nearby reserves. Spend time in the lovely medieval town of Sandwich.

Within easy distance of Deal and several of the UK's premier golf courses. Or enjoy a day trip to France from the ports at Dover and Folkestone.

The Roost is part of Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory - a small local charity monitoring and conserving the wildlife of the area.

The space
One bedroom with 2 single beds. Sitting area, kitchen and bathroom.

Guests have access to the full apartment.

The adjacent Field Centre is open from 10am to 4pm depending on the availability of volunteers. There is a small shop with snacks and drinks plus various gifts, cards and bird feeding items. Our reserves and car park are open 24/7.

Guests will receive the code for the key box on booking.

There is an information booklet in the apartment with details of Sandwich Bay BIrd Observatory and the local area.
