Sealands Getaway is a recently renovated and modernised home, providing a perfect retreat just a few minutes' walk from the beach in the stunning area of Mumbles. The space
The property offers an open-plan layout, featuring a cozy living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining bar accommodating 4 people. Two comfortable bedrooms and a separate bathroom are provided. At the front is a decked area with a bench. The back presents a spacious enclosed decked space with a round table, perfect for gatherings of up to 8 individuals. The property boasts a private driveway on the side and a covered storage area accessible through the gate, ideal for bikes and surfboards. Additionally, you'll enjoy the convenience of full central heating and Superfast broadband throughout the property via WiFi, thanks to the fibre to the premises connection.
The Lounge
The inviting living area boasts a comfortable corner sofa, accompanied by a cozy footstool and coffee table, creating a perfect space to relax and unwind. Entertainment options are abundant, with a generous 40” flat screen smart TV featuring all the UK digital channels and pre-installed on-demand apps, including Netflix. You can easily log in with your personal account, ensuring endless hours of entertainment and enjoyment during your stay.
Kitchen/Dining area
The kitchen leaves no desire unfulfilled, offering you everything you need for your comfortable stay. You'll find an oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, and toaster, ensuring your culinary needs are effortlessly met. The collection of kitchenware includes pots, pans, chopping boards, a cheese grater, baking trays, and pizza trays, as well as a complete set of cutlery, plates, bowls, side plates, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, tea towels, oven glove and more.
Bedroom
The bedroom promises a restful haven with its full-size double bed and a new, Silent Night mattress, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Modern bedside tables, accompanied by convenient touch lamps on each side, add a touch of sophistication and functionality to the space. Natural light is easily controlled through the large window, fitted with both blinds and blackout curtains to cater to your preferences. Ample storage is available with a full wall of built-in wardrobes, thoughtfully equipped with a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. The bathroom is designed to offer the utmost comfort and convenience. It features a full-sized bath, providing the perfect spot for relaxing soaks. A separate shower cubicle, equipped with an electric shower and a glass door. A wash basin with a mirrored cabinet mounted above not only enhances functionality but also provides storage together with a Toilet/WC.
Parking/Driveway
The property includes a small private driveway, suitable for small to medium-sized vehicles (visible in the photo). As the driveway has a slight slope, we recommend driving forward onto it rather than reversing. If you’d prefer not to use the driveway, there are convenient parking spaces available on the left-hand side as you enter the road. As this is a private road owned by residents, you’re also welcome to park with your vehicle partly on the driveway and partly on the pavement if that works better for you.
