Beautiful area

This home is in a scenic location.
This special place is perfect for a few days away by the sea. Fabulous view from the large bay window of the sea. The flat is close to everything, with the beach a minutes walk down the high street. The ground floor flat has 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with en suite shower room. The kitchen dining room leads into the open sitting room with further accesses to a small outside space and the high street. The flat is comfortable and light with original artwork by the owner enhancing the walls.

The flat is accessed by a shared hallway. Once in this ground floor flat there is double bedroom with shower en suite, a twin room, family shower room, utility area and an open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room. The sitting room has a large bay window with a sea view.
There is a small outside space from where you can watch the world go by.

I live on the Isle of Wight with my wife, Juliet, and our Golden Retriever, Tilly. Together we look after a number of self catering properties on the Island. In Seaview, we have the Seaview Deli where we sell tea, coffee, drinks, sandwiches, souvenirs and a fabulous range of ice creams. I very much enjoy meeting new people and I love sailing, walking, socialising, skiing and tennis.
