The house was refurbished fully in 2021 to an extremely high standard and is the ideal location to enjoy Seaview and the rest of the Isle of Wight.

Guest access
Guests have full and sole access to the house and private garden.
Please contact us (before booking if this is important) if you would like a complimentary early check-in or late check-out as this can often be arranged depending on other bookings. The reason we have the 10am checkout and 4pm checkin is that it takes our 2 person cleaning team at least 4 hours to clean the house and make all the beds.
The cleaning fee reflects the direct cost for us of this cleaning the house and the sheets and towels. By charging a cleaning fee, it means we can charge less per night for a longer stay.
Other things to note
There is a driveway with a complimentary off peak electric car charger. We have both a type 2 seven-pin charger and a Commando Socket. While the Type 2 charger says Tesla, we understand that it works for all cars. So, we don’t fuse the house, only one charger can be switched on at any one time, so if you need the Commando socket, let us know. The free charging runs overnight to make use of cheap electricity. Note: there is very limited, reliable charging on the Isle of Wight.
If you are bringing a boat, we can connect you to the Sea View Yacht Club who have a number of visitor moorings and a launch service.
The house has a washing machine and laundry room with a dehumidifier that can be used to dry clothes quickly and more environmentally than a tumble dryer.
The house has four stories. An occasional guest has found the steps steep, but they are of standard design. The house is not suitable for those with limited mobility on the stairs - but we have had some 90+ year olds at the house.
We have just moved to Airbnb from another agency where the house averaged over 99.5 out of 100 over the previous 3 years. We want our Airbnb guests to have the same quality of stay!
