The space
A 3 bedroom, 3 floor townhouse right on the seafront.

The front entrance is opposite the beach while you can park around the back in the private parking with two parking spaces, one gated. Enter the kitchen off the decking, which gets the sun late into the evening, perfect to relax with a drink after a hard day on the beach. There is a utility room and cloakroom off the kitchen and BBQ in the back yard.

The living area is equipped with 65" 4K tv and Sonos atmos sound system. Enjoy Freely, Netflix, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime, Youtube premium and much more (all available on all tvs). Gigabit fibre connected to wifi mesh throughout to keep connected to work or play (wifi 6e for those who like to use the latest tech and an ethernet point). Dyson air purifier for those long hot summer days.

Upstairs on the first floor is the 2nd bedroom with kingsize bed and 55" Tv, 3rd bedroom with 2 singles and a juliet balcony overlooking the sea. Another Tv (55" 4K) with Sonos surround system to keep kids or adults alike happy with seating area. Another ethernet port on the wifi hub should you need to bring the office with you. Bathroom with bath and shower.

Onwards to the top floor and master suite, this is the show stopper. Your own personal balcony looking out to sea. Air conditioning with remote control for those hot nights (or it heats in the winter if you like). Views up the coast towards Bawdsey and the ferry and down towards the port and the river Orwell. King size bed, 55" Freely 4K Tv, fridge and coffee machine, enjoy an early morning hot drink straight out of bed on the balcony or maybe a chilled glass of wine to unwind in the evening. There is a large mirrored walk through wardrobe leading to the en suite.

You'll be hard pressed to find a better position in Felixstowe.

You have the whole property to yourselves, parking for two cars, one inside the gate and one dedicated parking space outside the gate.

Other things to note
There is a cot and high chair available on request, cot supplied with sheet on mattress but no duvet or blankets etc. The cot can be set up in whichever bedroom you like and can have the base set to different heights.
