Spacious and comfy townhouse in the centre of beautiful Southwold. Ideally located 200m from Southwold Pier and the family friendly Blue Flag beaches of Southwold.
A short stroll to the High Street, with an array of independent food, clothes and homeware shops. Plus a number of great eateries and pubs (including the infamous Nelson, and the Sole Bay at the end of the road!).
Perfect for exploring Southwold and the surrounding villages, and then relaxing back at the house.
The space
The Range is our new family bolthole in Southwold that we want to share with guests for a few weeks each year.
The house comfortably sleeps 6 with flexible bed configuration. Master bedroom with Superking bed. Two Kingsize bedrooms (one can be made into 2 x singles on request). All of our beds have firm mattresses , and a selection of pillows.
Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking equipment. Kitchen coffee table, and day area with a bar table, and window seating. Compact outdoor patio with seating for a cuppa or evening cocktail.
The sitting room has a large TV and comfy seating to put your feet up and watch a movie. Separate dining area with large wooden table and comfy dining chairs. Piles of games for guests, to use, and a disco ball!
Two bathrooms - downstairs has a toilet/bath/shower, upstairs has a toilet/shower.
It’s our family space so there will be a few locked cupboards for our stored essentials. But we have left out some books, games, picnicware and other essentials to make your stay more homely.
We may be able to accommodate an early check in on your day of arrival, or a later check out, if we don't have other bookings at that time.
Please note that there may be slightly different furnishings when you arrive as we are in the process of decorating and furnishing - but it'll only be improvements.
Guest access
The house is a victorian terrace house with a front door from the road, and a rear gate to the patio from a path behind the house if you are bringing bikes into the house.
Guests will have full private use of the house during their stay.
The house is rented for maximum six guests (including children) only
