Comfortable in every season, the lodge will offer the perfect retreat for nature and animal-lovers all year.
You can meet our animals up close and personal as part of your stay or you can enjoy them as part of your view. Whatever you need to relax and enjoy your time here.
We are within walking distance of Loddon; with many food options and public transport links.
Close to the Norfolk Broads, Norwich, Beccles, and the coastline of East Anglia, you’ll have endless locations to explore.

You'll find a small open-plan kitchen and living area.
The comfortable double sofa bed is in the living area.

The lodge has its own private decking and front garden with two outdoor seating areas with views of our paddocks.
Guest access
You'll have the lodge to yourselves.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: Whilst every effort is made to keep the paddocks and immediate areas as clean as possible throughout the day, we are a farm with 50+ animals frolicking around; they're bound to create mess as they go. If you'd like to explore the farm when you are here, please be advised to bring appropriate footwear and clothing.
You will be able to hear the animals chat to each other from time to time. Thankfully not at anti-social hours and they follow our lights out quiet rules as well!
Please also be aware that the lodge is located at Stubbs Farm Alpacas. A farm that is open to the public on a bookings-only basis.
Small groups are able to book in to meet our animals through our various experiences on offer. There are a maximum of two sessions a day and you will be informed if there are any taking place whilst you're here.
Firstly because you'll be able to join in on the experiences if you wish but also to allow you to know roughly what to expect and when.
The experiences take place away from the view of the lodge though so you won't have members of the public in your way! You have your own entrance to the lodge and you will still have your privacy no problem.
You just may occassionally hear the joyful moments others experience here as they quickly fall in love with the herd!
If you wish to book the lodge and the whole farm to yourselves - you can get in contact with us directly to arrange this. It is likely doable; at additional cost. Dependent on duration of stay and time of year. POA.
