As owners, we love spending time here with our own family and know how important it is to have a space that’s comfortable, practical and truly welcoming. Whether you’re exploring the beautiful local coastline or enjoying everything on-site, this bright and airy 2-bedroom holiday home is the perfect base for making special memories together.
Our home is designed for family living (and Wagging Tails!). Step inside and you’ll immediately feel the space and comfort. The open-plan layout makes it easy to relax, keep an eye on the kids and settle in after a day of adventures.
The kitchen has everything you need for easy, affordable family meals, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a cosy dinner in. With a full-size fridge/freezer, electric hob, double oven and plenty of utensils, you’re all set. The large dining area with bench seating is perfect for family mealtimes, board games, or planning the next day’s adventures.
After a busy day, curl up on the big L-shaped sofa - there’s plenty of room for everyone. Pop on a film via the Smart TV, log into Netflix or Amazon Prime, or enjoy a classic DVD night. On cooler evenings, the electric fire adds a lovely cosy touch.
The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, lots of storage, and its own en-suite WC - ideal for busy mornings. There’s even space for a travel cot (please bring your own), making it perfect for families with little ones.
The second bedroom features two single beds, (narrower than a standard single) so great for children, along with storage space for clothes and holiday essentials.
A clean, modern shower room with a large cubicle and plenty of storage makes freshening up after beach days quick and easy.
Step out onto the decking area to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink. With outdoor seating and a sun umbrella, it’s a lovely spot to relax while the kids (and dogs!) enjoy the fresh air.
With double glazing and central heating throughout, Swift Retreat is a warm and welcoming base whatever the season.
Hoburne Park has something for everyone - indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds, soft play, crazy golf, and sports areas. There’s also a café, bar, restaurant, and entertainment venue (some facilities may require passes or small additional fees).
Whether it’s beach walks with your dog, fun-filled days with the kids, or simply relaxing together, ‘Swift Retreat’ is your home away from home on the coast.
Guest access
You have full use of our holiday home during your stay. You will also have access to ALL the leisure facilities if you purchase the leisure passes prior to your stay. Please see 'Other details to note' for information on the passes.
Other things to note
Swift Retreat will accept one small/medium dog on request. An additional charge of £30 will be sent through once you have booked. We kindly request that dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms.
Leisure club passes - In order to use the leisure facilities at Hoburne Park you will need to purchase leisure passes (indoor pool, gym, entertainment venue & outdoor pool in season). (There is an additional charge for crazy golf even if you have purchased the leisure passes).
The passes cost £66 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights (NOT per person). Payment will be made directly to Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes who then applies for the passes for you as our guests. We require at least 1 weeks’ notice to process the passes which will be available for you to collect from reception on your arrival.
PLEASE NOTE the owners hypoallergenic dog stays in the property, but should you have a severe allergy then please make your own decision as to wether this property is suitable for you.
All water and electric charges are included in your holiday rental charge but please be mindful of leaving lights and the heating on when you're out, both for environmental reasons but also because of rising energy prices!
This property is privately owned but the owners have enlisted the help of Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes to manage their bookings & property for them. All correspondence will be dealt with by Sue.
Once you have made your booking you will be asked for your email address in order to be sent further information. This information includes all the information on the costs and payment requirements for the leisure passes which are dealt with by Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes & Hoburne Park.
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in our holiday home including on the decking.
