Terrace House is a four bed, large end of terrace home situated in an elevated position with views over picturesque Lostwithiel and the river Fowey. Suitable for 5 adults and two children.

The children's bed is a bunk bed. With three floors, there is plenty of space for a family. Sunbathe on the terrace, or cook outside on our gas BBQ.

Enjoy walks along the river or Duchy woodland. Pubs, restaurants, independent shops and a CoOp convenience store all within minutes walk.
Strictly No Parties.

The space
A end of terrace house in the heart of Lostwithiel. Suitable for four or five adults with two children. Dog friendly for 1 dog and a secure fenced back garden.

1 master super king bedroom, 1 king bedroom, 1 small double bedroom and a children's bedroom with single bunk beds.

Enjoy the very sunny garden with treehouse, slide and veg beds. A selection of herbs and the full use of a gas BBQ. We are in a residential quiet neighbourhood, we strictly do not accept any parties or events. Quiet after 9pm please.

Due to our proximity to the centre of town, we have 1 private parking space for a medium sized car. If you have more than 1 car, there is free on street parking within 100 metres.

Guest access
Free to use whole house and gardens. We will greet you on arrival to show you the house.

Other things to note
Strictly no parties. If you have a party or event you will be told to leave immediately with no refund. Stag and Hen do's are not allowed.

We have one small room on the 1st floor that is locked for our personal belongings. This should not impact your stay.
