Escape to a peaceful Cotswold retreat and stay in our stylish, eco‑conscious barn. Spacious bedroom with super king bed and ensuite bathroom. Large vaulted ceiling kitchen with mezzanine. Relax in a private south-facing garden with covered terrace, fire-pit and scenic walks from the door.

Local pub (10min), Tetbury (15min), Cotswold Lakes (15min), Cirencester (20min), Westonbirt Arboretum (20min).

The space
INSIDE SPACE

Kitchen

The main feature of the house is a large vaulted ceiling kitchen/living area. Exposed beams and a real rustic charm.

The kitchen has a new Rangemaster double oven with multipole induction hobs. Dishwasher. Separate fridge freezer. Plenty of storage space, large kitchen island and rustic farmhouse table. Also a small table for laptops and a seating area.

In the kitchen is a mezzanine area overlooking the main room. Here you'll find windows looking onto the garden, large sofa, bluetooth/CD/DAB music system and LG TV.

Hallway

Leading off the kitchen is a hallway with stairs up to the bedroom. There is a chair next to a bookshelf and lots of natural light.

Bedroom

Upstairs is a large room with ensuite, all newly redecorated. There is a super king bed with a Memory Foam pocket sprung mattress. Anti Allergy Pillows and duvet.

There's a large wardrobe space and dressing table.

Bathroom

Their is an ensuite bathroom with toilet, basin and shower.


OUTSIDE SPACE

Leading out from the kitchen you'll find a lovely covered terrace and private garden.

The terrace has festoon lighting and sofa with views onto the garden.

Next to the terrace is an outside room with toilet and a washer/dryer.

In the garden is a:

- BBQ
- Picnic bench with umbrella
- Seating area with fire pit
- 2 x deckchairs
- Herb garden

Guest access
The rental has it's own private entrance, internal space and garden. This is part of our family home but has been designed to be separate and private.

Internet
We are with Gigaclear. Guests will have their own private login. We have a high speed fibre connection (400 mbs up and down)

Solar
The vast majority of the house is run on solar in the summer. The remaining electricity is sourced from renewables with our main provider.

Tennis Court
There is a tennis court that can be used with prior arrangement. There is also a basketball board on the tennis court.

Parking
There is a dedicated parking space that comes with the property located just outside the kitchen entrance.
