Scandi-style eco lodge in peaceful South Devon, designed for couples or solo escapes. Unwind in your private wood-fired hot tub and soak up the sea views. Inside, enjoy minimalist luxury with a log burner, air fryer, luxury eco toiletries, and curated breakfast basics. Perfect for romantic getaways, wellness breaks, or special occasions. Secluded yet close to beaches, Dartmoor, and local pubs.

The space
Three Tree Lodge is a thoughtfully designed, compact Scandinavian-style retreat for one or two guests. The open-plan space includes a comfortable double bed, a breakfast bar that doubles as a workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, induction hob, air fryer, boiling water tap, and essential cookware.

The modern shower room features a spacious rainfall shower, heated towel rail, vanity sink, toilet, and eco-friendly amenities—including complementary bamboo toothbrushes.

Step outside to your private patio with an outdoor dining area and a wood-fired hot tub—perfect for unwinding in nature. While the lodge is bijou, it has everything you need for a peaceful, comfortable escape.

Humber Barn Wedding venue is nearby, so after a day filled with joy and celebration, the newlyweds or your guests can can easily stroll back to a serene and romantic retreat.

Or if you have booked a wellness retreat at Namaste Barn, a serene escape for yoga and meditation in the heart of Devon. Jo hosts yoga classes, workshops, retreats and teacher training in her studio just three miles away. If you are planning on joining Jo for some rest and rejuvenation, you can either enjoy on-site group accommodation at Namaste Barn or opt for the secluded cosy comfort of Three Tree Lodge nearby.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the lodge via the main entrance. Please park on the left-hand side of the onsite parking bay. Access is through a key lock box for easy self check-in—full details will be emailed before arrival. For privacy, please note the garden behind the lodge is not part of the guest space.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out options are subject to availability and requires a surcharge of £20. Please state your request in your message so this can be arranged.

Hot Tub Policy:
We’re delighted to provide full access to your private wood-fired hot tub for the first 48 hours of your stay,
including preparation, heating, and firewood included in your stay.

Hot Tub Use for longer stays:
If you’re staying longer than two nights and would like to continue using the hot tub, we offer a water
refresh and daily heating service for £25 per extra day, subject to availability.

To book this, simply:
● Let us know by 10:00am on the day you’d like to use it and wait for confirmation.
● Scan the QR code in the lodge to make payment.

Complete set up takes around 3 hours so early notice helps us time it perfectly for you.
We’ll handle the emptying, refilling, and heating — all you need to do is relax.

Important:
For safety and quality reasons, guests are not permitted to light or heat the hot tub themselves.

Log Burner:
We’ve provided a supply of logs for your stay — perfect for enjoying the cosy atmosphere of the log burner. As the lodge is well insulated and has an air source heater, you likely won’t need much more than what’s included.

But if you’d like to keep the fire going and run out, you’re welcome to purchase an extra crate for £10.
Scan the QR code in the lodge to order and pay, and we’ll drop a fresh crate off as soon as we can.
