The space
Three Tree Lodge is a thoughtfully designed, compact Scandinavian-style retreat for one or two guests. The open-plan space includes a comfortable double bed, a breakfast bar that doubles as a workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, induction hob, air fryer, boiling water tap, and essential cookware.
The modern shower room features a spacious rainfall shower, heated towel rail, vanity sink, toilet, and eco-friendly amenities—including complementary bamboo toothbrushes.
Step outside to your private patio with an outdoor dining area and a wood-fired hot tub—perfect for unwinding in nature. While the lodge is bijou, it has everything you need for a peaceful, comfortable escape.
Humber Barn Wedding venue is nearby, so after a day filled with joy and celebration, the newlyweds or your guests can can easily stroll back to a serene and romantic retreat.
Or if you have booked a wellness retreat at Namaste Barn, a serene escape for yoga and meditation in the heart of Devon. Jo hosts yoga classes, workshops, retreats and teacher training in her studio just three miles away. If you are planning on joining Jo for some rest and rejuvenation, you can either enjoy on-site group accommodation at Namaste Barn or opt for the secluded cosy comfort of Three Tree Lodge nearby.
Guest access
Guests have full private access to the lodge via the main entrance. Please park on the left-hand side of the onsite parking bay. Access is through a key lock box for easy self check-in—full details will be emailed before arrival. For privacy, please note the garden behind the lodge is not part of the guest space.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out options are subject to availability and requires a surcharge of £20. Please state your request in your message so this can be arranged.

Hot Tub (Wood-Fired):
Your private wood-fired hot tub is included for the first 48 hours of your stay.
We’ll prepare and heat it for your chosen time — please let us know your preferred soak window (5–6pm or 7–8pm).
Heating takes around 3 hours, and water temperature may vary depending on the weather. Comfortable soaking is 35–40°C.
Firewood is provided for gentle temperature top-ups only. Full reheating from cold is not permitted.
If your plans change, please let us know so we can avoid unnecessary heating.
Extra mixed log crates (£12) are available via the QR code in the lodge.
Hot tub offers a back-to-basics experience — no jets, filters, or lights; just warm water, nature, and relaxation.
Wellness:
Enhance your stay with professional massage treatments offered on-site in a calm, private setting. Treatments are delivered by your host Rachel; a fully qualified and experienced massage therapist and are tailored to support relaxation, relieve tension, and promote overall wellbeing. Availability is limited and treatments are offered primarily at weekends, with occasional weekday appointments subject to availability. Early enquiry is recommended, and treatments cannot be guaranteed.
