Guest access
Guests who hire the whole house for their family group or retreat guests have access to all parts of the house and garden, summer house at the front and large plastic storage, but not the separate studio and it's patio area behind the gates, or wooden garden shed.
There may be occasions when the studio is occupied by myself during your stay and my pets may be present in the patio area.
The large plastic storage box contains a high chair for your use, bench cushions for the fire pit area and cushions for the outside seating.
There is a secluded fire fit area next to the wall adjacent to the Abbey park, perfect for private ceremonies, rituals and family get togethers. (no fire wood is included but you can buy this from any local garage, Morrisons or 'Proper Job' in the town centre)
Other things to note
You are able to bring up to two dogs with you, but please let me know in advance in case I have my own dog and cat with me in the studio. Please do not let them on the furniture or beds (or upstairs carpet), or bring your own coverings if you think you can't stop them.
My dog and cat may be outside/on the premises, the dog is contained within the courtyard garden of the studio /in the studio. He may be in the main garden on occasion if I am present with him and no guests are there/or on a lead. The cat may try and sneak in the house if a door is opened, please do not let him in the bedrooms if you see him, and message me to let me know! The cat flaps can please be opened/unlocked to the utility/back door if he gets stuck inside and hides - he will find his way out!
