The space
This beautiful cottage is a hidden gem. You'll find everything you need and more, including an inviting living space perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring and a stylish kitchen with all the modern conveniences. Thoughtful details like brass handles, a brass tap, and open shelving with unique crockery make it feel like a home away from home.

Wake up in the bright double bedroom, equipped with ample storage space to make yourself comfortable. There's also a single futon bed in a separate room, ideal for two single guests or a small family. Next door, you'll find a modern bathroom with a shower.

The location is unbeatable, just a 15-minute walk to Gyllyngvase Beach and 20 minutes to Swanpool, where you can enjoy drinks overlooking the water. In five minutes, you'll reach the best restaurants, shops, and pubs along the high street. With free off-road private parking, you won't need the car much. Instead, pull on your walking shoes and explore Falmouth's coastal walks, art galleries, and live music scene on foot.

Relax in the cosy living area on the comfortable sofa, catching up on your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV with streaming services. Stay connected with high-speed fibre internet throughout the house and freshen up in the modern bathroom featuring a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Guests have full access to the entire property, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Self-check-in is available for your convenience, and we provide detailed instructions to make your arrival seamless.

We have off-road private parking for one car (a VW Tiguan fits but no bigger). You can also find free parking on the nearby streets.

A Futon is provided which folds out into a small single bed (W180 x D75).

We provide a small amount of logs, kindling and firelighters to get you started. If you need more, you can easily purchase additional supplies through the link we send in your booking confirmation.
