The space
Please note we have a Brazilian BBQ Supper Club happening on the 22nd of May.
If you wish to book the property on this date, we are happy to reserve you a table and offer a welcome drink for our resident guests. :)
The amenities are still private for you, we only need use of the Clubhouse.

At certain times of year, Upper Farm is experienced a little differently and thoughtfully put together with their own dining, atmosphere and flow — creating a more immersive way to stay. Early/late options available for £45, subject to availability.

Standard rate includes 8 guests. Guests 9 and 10 are welcome at £55pp per night, including full setup and amenities.

Well-behaved small/medium dogs are welcome (£25 per stay).
Permitted in The Cottage and fields only.
✨ BBQ Hire
£35 per 24 hours — includes gas, utensils and full cleaning.
✨ Parties & Events
We specialise in curated, beautiful events: elopements, birthdays, brand launches, hen parties and Silverstone weekends.
Events must be agreed in advance.

Available subject to approval — including access to striking backdrops, sculptural spaces and collector cars (on request).
