Alongside our Airbnb stays, we present the Upper Farm Christmas Dining Experience — an exceptional, candlelit evening created to honour togetherness and tradition. Guests are welcomed with Prosecco and canapés by the fire in the Whisky Lounge, before moving into our beautifully transformed dining space for an indulgent three-course Christmas feast, surrounded by winter florals and soft seasonal aromas of pine and orange.
Orchard views, glowing tables, hand-carved turkey with all the classic trimmings, Bruna’s signature Bananella dessert, and the unmistakable warmth of Upper Farm hospitality weave together to create an evening that feels both festive and timeless. This is not simply a dinner, but a celebration of family, union and shared joy — a Christmas experience to be remembered, spoken of, and cherished for years to come.

Property Access
Julian and Bruna will personally welcome you on arrival and give you a tour of the property, ensuring you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
Parking
There is ample parking available, including a secure, climate-controlled garage designed for luxury cars.
Amenities
You’ll enjoy complete privacy in your home, while also being welcome to make exclusive use of our spaces: the clubhouse, fully equipped gym, swimming pool, hot tub, summerhouse pod, and expansive fields — perfect for walks or exploring on our complimentary bikes.
Other things to note
Extra Guests: Our standard rate includes up to 8 guests. Guests 9 and 10 are very welcome, with an additional charge of £55 per person per night to cover full set-up, linen, towels, and amenities. This also applies to any additional visitors joining for the day
Pets: We love well-behaved dogs. Small to medium-sized breeds are welcome with a £25 pet fee per stay. Please remember to include your pet when booking so we can roll out the red carpet. Dogs are only allowed in The Cottage and fields. Restrict access to courtyard and the 3 Bedroom Suite.
BBQ Hire: A gas BBQ is available for hire at £35 per 24 hours. This includes gas, utensils, full setup, and cleaning — just bring your appetite!
Parties & Events: We specialise in unforgettable gatherings — bold, beautiful, and totally bespoke. Whether it’s a birthday, elopement, brand launch, or Silverstone Formula 1 weekend party, events of all shapes and sizes are welcome with prior notice. We are your concierge and creative partner — here to help plan, style, and deliver something unforgettable.
Photoshoots: Upper Farm is available for photoshoots, content creation, and filming — subject to approval. We can provide props, curated settings, and even access to collector cars on request. Please contact us in advance to discuss your vision.
Children: Children are very welcome — our space is perfect for families of all ages. With a heated pool, orchard gardens, a trampoline and climbing frame, there’s something for everyone — and little ones are free to make as much joyful noise as they like! Just note that supervision is needed throughout the property due to original artwork, a private gym, and collector cars on-site.
Check-In / Check-Out: We offer a generous 3pm check-in and a relaxed 12 noon check-out so you can make the most of your stay. Need a little more time either side? Early check-in and late check-out may be available for £45 — just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
ID Verification
For insurance purposes, we kindly ask all guests to share a photo of their ID via Airbnb chat before arrival. The Airbnb chat is encrypted and secure, so your information remains protected.
