Welcome to Victorian Loft Living!

This en-suite loft room is located in a delightful Victorian building dating from 1864, on the 2nd floor (UK). Originally this building was a family house.

Your friendly hosts - Steve & Ruben - are around and available to meet shall you need us. We are also monitoring our Airbnb Messenger to make sure we respond promptly to all of your requests. Once your booking with us is confirmed you will get our phone numbers to call for any questions.

The space
This is an en-suite private room in a Victorian building. It is equipped with kettle, tea/coffee, mini-fridge and TV. The shower/toilet is in the unit accessed only by you. We also have fibre-optic broadband which will ensure your access to high-speed internet throughout your stay.

We provide with shower gels, toilet papers and linen/towels. Throughout your stay we will give you fresh supplies upon your request, and also send one of our friendly professional cleaners if you stay with us is long. All this is complementary.

There are other private rooms and studios in the building. The only shared spaces is the entrance to the building. CCTV is operating in the corridors at all times.

All rooms and studios have their individual e-locks. Guests have access only to their rooms or studios.

You will be able to access the building through the main front door. You will have exclusive access to your room. Keypad

The main door has a keypad to enter the building. The code is regularly changed. We will send you the correct code for you booked dates.

Your private space ( room, Studio, Loft, etc) has keypad on the door. A unique, time-specific code will be issued to you for your booked dates.

So you will have 2 separated codes during your visit.

Other things to note
My housekeeper visits regularly, so please let me know if and when, you need extra bathroom supplies, or your bed linen changed. There is no charge.

If you would like us to clean your space, during your stay, we charge £10.00 for 1 hour which is sufficient.

There is no cleaning charge on check-out, we take care of it!

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Neighbourhood highlights

We are located close to Holland Park next to High Street Kensington. Here you will find lots of local shops and Kensington Library – popular with students.

Kensington Palace and the Gardens are at the other end of the High Street. A few minutes further are the Albert Hall, where The Proms are going to be held from 19th of July- 14th of September, and the Victoria & Albert museum, the Science museum and the Natural History museum.

At the top of our road is the Westfield shopping mall. Olympia exhibition centre is close by.

Nearby there are numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants. I can give you my recommendations.
