This serene retreat is perfect for couples, with a spacious master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe & a full ensuite with a shower, WC and basin. Wake up to breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic views of the sea, perfect for morning coffee on the decking. In the evenings, raise a glass to the sunset. It’s the perfect place to unwind, reconnect and create lasting memories by the ocean.

Escape to "Wave Watcher," your sanctuary perched high on Barton Cliffs at the beautiful Hoburne Naish Holiday Park. This is where modern luxury meets breathtaking natural beauty, creating the perfect setting for a romantic getaway.
Your Home Away From Home -
Step into your private retreat, designed with couples in mind. The heart of the home is the bright, open-plan living space, where a fully-equipped kitchen, cozy dining area and comfortable lounge seamlessly blend. Imagine waking up in the main bedroom, with its comfortable king size bed and en-suite shower room, a walk-in wardrobe and dressing table.
Enjoy ultimate convenience with a second full shower room, complete with a walk-in shower, WC, and basin—no more fighting or waiting your turn!
(We do NOT provide towels so please make sure you bring those with you - both bath and pool/beach.)
Prepare a romantic meal together in the kitchen, complete with modern appliances like a microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, then take your feast to the private decking for an unforgettable dining experience with fabulous panoramic views.
A washing machine is also available should you need to do any laundry while you're here—though hopefully, you won't have to, you're on holiday!

The real showstopper is the private decking, your own little piece of paradise with uninterrupted panoramic sea views stretching from Hengistbury Head all the way to Old Harry Rocks. This is your spot for morning coffee, where you can watch the sunrise paint the sky and evening cocktails as you toast to the sunset over the Isle of Wight & The Needles. With comfortable dining furniture and sun loungers, it’s the perfect spot to simply relax and listen to the waves.
'Wave Watcher' is located at the quiet end of the park, far from the children's play areas, pool and soccer pitch, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Whether you want to unwind or explore, "Wave Watcher" is the ideal base. Stroll down to the stunning beaches of Barton on Sea, explore the charming streets of Christchurch and Highcliffe, or venture into the enchanting New Forest. After a day of exploring, you can unwind at Hoburne Naish Holiday Park, where you have access to a range of facilities including heated pools, a sauna and a steam room (leisure passes are required at an additional cost).
There's a restaurant on-site and several more are just a short walk away in neighbouring Barton on Sea, Highcliffe & New Milton. If you want to explore further, a bus stop is located right outside the main gates of Hoburne Naish with services to Christchurch and Lymington.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, please note that "Wave Watcher" is not a dog-friendly property for holiday lets. However, the owner's dog does stay at the property. If you or any member of your party has a severe dog allergy, we recommend that you do not book this holiday home.
Guest access
You'll have full use of the property during your stay. You will also have full access to the onsite leisure facilities if you are have purchased the additional leisure passes. Please see 'Other things to note' for further information on the leisure passes.
Other things to note
Bedding & Towels -
All beds are made up ready for your arrival. We provide bed linen, bath mats, oven gloves and a tea towel. Please bring your own bath, hand, beach and pool towels as these are not provided.
Leisure Club Passes -
Leisure Club Passes are required to use Hoburne Park’s indoor/outdoor pools (seasonal), gym and entertainment venue. Crazy golf is charged separately. Passes are not required for the café, bar or restaurant.
Passes cost £66 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights (not per person) and are arranged through Sue at Unrivalled Holiday Homes. Please provide at least 1 weeks’ notice. Passes can be collected from Reception on arrival.
Energy & EV Charging -
Water and electricity are included. Please help us conserve energy by switching off lights and heating when going out and turning the heating control off during prolonged periods away.
Electric vehicles must NOT be charged from the holiday home. EV charging points are available in the main car park by the entertainment complex. The electrical system within the holiday home is not designed for electric vehicle charging, and doing so could cause an electrical failure.
No Smoking Policy -
There is a strict no-smoking policy within the holiday home, on the decking and in the immediate area around the property.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property or close to the holiday home. Please ensure that all smoking takes place away from the property and that cigarette ends are disposed of safely and responsibly.
