My journey started in mountain kitchens where I learned to cook traditional alpine recipes. Since then, I've cooked in city restaurants in Melbourne, Australia and in the town kitchens of the UK - always carrying a bit of the mountains with me. I am passionate about Italian food and pizza in particular, which I make using the finest ingredients through Italian suppliers, and I adopt strictly Italian values to my cuisine whether it be pizza or Italian food generally.
