Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Berat County

Die B&B Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt. Der Weg zur Wohnung führt über die charakteristischen Kopfsteinpflaster und ist ziemlich steil. Zur Fuss ist man in ca. 20 Minuten am Kastel. Ein grosses Plus ist die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns herzlich empfangen hat. Ein Parkplatz nahe der Wohnung steht zu Verfügung. Wenn man gut zu Fuss ist und eine bodenständige Unterkunft sucht, dann ist man hier richtig.

Elvira est une hôte incroyable, gentille et généreuse ! La communication est parfaite, Elvira répond toujours très rapidement. Son logement au centre de Berat (facilement accessible à pied) est incroyable, on a l’impression d’être à la maison ! Il y a tout ce qu’il faut et tout est très propre. La vue et le calme du logement est un gros point positif. Nous avons été accueillis avec des fruits frais et des spécialités, très appréciable. Un tout grand merci à Elvira pour ce séjour dont nous nous souviendrons toujours.

Igli's apartment was the best Airbnb I experienced in Albania. Three big bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms had balcony access with wonderful views across Berat. Building located at the base of the hill up to the castle and very close to all sites and restaurants. Nice breakfast (extra) provided by Igli in the morning. On site parking. Couldn't recommend higghly enough for anyone with a large group looking for somewhere to stay in Berat

The apartment was one of a kind. Big spaces,parking for the car and some extras.

We absolutely loved staying here - the house was exactly as described - even better actually! It was super clean, comfortable and had everything you could need (kitchen equipment, washing machine, bedding, towels etc)…The thought and care which has gone into making it a good home for guests really shines through. The pool and outside surroundings were beautiful - the pool was super clean and had lots of great floaties which our children loved. We were two families (7 in total) and we had lots of space and felt right at home. Valentino and his family are just divine! So friendly and hospitable - we were made to feel like family! We would love to stay again. It’s an easy 15 minute drive to Berat. We really will miss this wonderful home and family. Recommend staying here without a doubt - you’ll love it!

The best host we have had. Ylli is very friendly and helpful. He made our stay in Berat even better. The accommodation is nice, clean, with a nice view and in a good location. We recommend staying at Ylli's place and hope to come back soon.

STUNNING home, INCREDIBLE views! The photos are accurate but the place is so much larger in person. You really feel like you are back in time in an Ottoman style home. Stunning views of the castle walls, the snow capped mountains, and the valley below. Spotless modern bathroom, good pressure, hot water. Super clean. Great bed, linens, and ac/heat. The checkin is exactly as described. Very easy. We took a cab from the square up to Temi Restaurant. You can walk it but it is steep. For 500L it was quicker and no issue with luggage. You are within the castle walls, there are “traditional” mom-n-pop restaurants and shops steps away as well as all the historic sites within the castle. Temi restaurant was great. We loved visiting the river area but we are SO GLAD that we chose to stay here in the castle. Much quieter at night. You can open the window and hear church bells and call to prayer in valley below. A trip back in time. DEFINITELY would stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay in Julian's apartment. It was very comfortable and had everything I needed for the several nights I stayed in Berat. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was clean and peaceful. The apartment is well located and takes only 10-15 minute walk to get to town center. I also got the chance to meet Julian and he was a very nice guy and a wonderful host!

Zu Flora und Hector zu fahren, ist wie die Sommerferien bei Oma und Opa zu verbringen. Das Haus mit Garten liegt abgeschieden in wunderschöner Natur. Während Flora dir das Gefühl von Zuhause vermittelt, indem sie sich unglaublich lieb um dich kümmert und wundervoll kocht, gingen wir mit Hector auf unsere eigenen kleinen Abenteuer. Er zeigte uns den Garten, der die Grundlage für alle Gerichte war, ging mit uns wandern und erzählte uns viel und herzlich von seiner Kindheit in der Region. Die Kommunikation über Übersetzer oder mit Händen und Füßen machte alles nur noch sympathischer. Wir verlassen diesen Ort schweren Herzens und sind uns sicher: Sollte der Alltag irgendwann zu viel werden, finden wir hier immer Zuflucht. Danke für die tolle Zeit.
