Alojamiento tranquilo en el centro de Berlín. La estación de metro estaba a 10 minutos andando y supermercados cercanos. El piso se muestra como en la descripción, además incluía comida y productos de higiene básicos. Anfitrión muy atento y amable con nosotros. 100% recomendado.

The location was absolutely perfect. Cool neighbourhood and felt like we were living there rather than just staying. Apartment was clean and a good size and the complex had a really modern design. Will be booking this for all future Berlin trips if it's available. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at this apartment hotel! It was exactly as described in the Airbnb listing—perfect for families, cozy, and warm, which was especially appreciated during the sudden cold weather in Berlin. The place was very clean, and the bathroom was excellent with strong water pressure. Parking is available on nearby alleys, but you can also reserve a spot on the premises if you prefer not to search for street parking. The neighborhood is decent and, most importantly, very central, making it easy to get around. The only small issue was that the sofa bed wasn’t set up for the kids when we arrived, but all the necessary sheets were provided, so it wasn’t a problem to set it up ourselves. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay again!

Great hostel, super friendly staff, the rooms were clean, prices super affordable at the bar, good breakfast. The only downside is that there is no S-Bahn close by (closest is 12 min walk), as I had thought when I booked the room.

Es war sehr sauber, der Check in sowie der Check out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Wer ein ruhiges Plätzchen zum entspannen aber dennoch nicht weit von der Stadt weg sein möchte, ist in der Pension bestens aufgehoben.

Ein absolut wunderbarer Ort für Qualitätszeit zu zweit! Im Preis Inc ist die Wellness Landschaft die wir das ganze Wochenende für uns hatten! Super freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres Frühstück und gemütliche Feel well Zimmerausstattung und Atmosphäre, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden wieder!

Tolle Lage, schöner Pool und sehr gastfreundlich

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, bei Fragen war immer schnell jemand erreichbar, die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und die Anlage wunderschön. Besonders toll: Das kleine Gartenhaus, in dem man sich Spielgeräte, Bücher etc. ausleihen und bei Bedarf Getränke kaufen kann. Schöne Natur in der nahen Umgebung, wir haben es primär als Basis für Ausflüge nach Potsdam und Umgebung genutzt.

What a fantastic attic apartment. We were a family of 4 + dog, with two kids age 10 & 13. The extra bed for the kids, which is not shown on the pictures, was big enough, although a little small, had the kids been bigger. We hope to come back again.

Sehr herzliche Begrüßung. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Frühstück 1A. Unser Hund war auch gar kein Problem, sehr schöne Gasi Runden direkt am Ferienhaus. Alles in Allem gerne wieder
