Highly recommended! I fell in love with this house in photos and when I was there the experience was even better. Marlene is very attentive and willing, her owners are very attentive and hospitable. The house is a dream, it was spotless. Would come back a thousand times!

Elizabeth's place is very well cared for, and the fact that several items that make up the house are new should be highlighted, having been recently changed, namely: stove, washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, split air conditioners. But the difference is really the attention given by Elizabeth herself, who resides in the same condominium, two houses away, and in addition to making herself available through phone and WhatsApp, during the entire time of our stay she was available to assist us and answer our questions.

Best place I've ever stayed at on AirBNB. Spacious, very clean, complete with all utensils, cozy. I felt right at home. Exceptional location. William is a spectacular host; courteous, helpful, proactive, friendly. I will certainly return and recommend it to all friends. Thank you!

My family and I loved the place, the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, I found it large and spacious with 2 bathrooms, I found this very good, very comfortable beds and pillows for sleeping and bath towels available too, all appliances working, excellent location, we didn't use the car for anything, it has everything nearby, pharmacy, markets etc. Even without Andressa being there and the building being without a doorman, it was very easy to check in and check out with just Andressa's instructions, I recommend the apartment to everyone.

Everything was fine with the stay.

The stay corresponded to the ad, super clean house, a little further from the center, but had a supermarket, distributor near the house. I managed to visit other beaches, easy access to uber, I was in a car . The only problem I had was with the door of the Box that got loose, but the homemade, soon helped me to solve it and passed on to the owner of the house.

We like absolutely everything from lodging, leisure, location, staff, water park, super clean swimming pools, we came with little fear due to Google reviews, but it was surprising, from the beginning of the trip to the end, we have no criticism, only praise. We'll definitely be back again.

I had a great stay at Spazzio DiRoma! The apartment is super comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described on the listing. Everything was very clean and organized. The location is great, close to the water park and to various trades. The condominium structure is also excellent, with swimming pools, leisure areas and great service.

Great hosts! The very beautiful and cozy family property! Clean cabins, new furniture, super clean linens and bathrooms. What we loved most was the space with nature, a great place, super wooded and with the river passing. We plan to return in the summer. The access is a high ground high road hill, my car 1.0 suffered kk I don't know what it would be like in the rain. We could have brought more food to prepare there, the common area has a lot of structure. All very quiet, and Márcia Hosã welcomed us well.

The stay was great. Starting at the reception, we were very well attended, the chekin was on time, we arrived a little before and we did the pre chekin and can already store the car in the building's parking lot. Comfortable bed, air conditioner freezing very well. We do not use the kitchen but have the basics if you need to make a couscous, rice , coffee. Perfectly Hot/Cold Run Shower! There's nothing to complain about, I'll come back again for sure!

Very helpful owner, we needed to arrive later and he was able to accommodate us even after hours. Juninho agreed to take our pet and we had no problems. Very quiet and great place for those who want to relax. The house 4 in which we were accommodated had a privileged location in the condominium because it was on the corner, and offered a lot of privacy. Everything in the house is new, so that was great. Jocélio, the guy who takes care of the house is extremely polite and attentive! Point to improve: Make more floor cloths, towels and dish cloths available.
