My services

Listing setup

Photos get clicks on your listing, but it is listing descriptions which sell and get you booked. I'll maximise both.

Setting prices and availability

My Apps show me my competitions pricing and occupancy, as well as their listings performance, and it compares to my own.

Booking request management

I have insta-book turned off and I only accept guests with 3 x 5 star reviews. I will follow your wishes for your listing.

Guest messaging

Response time is very important to maximising everything from impressions to bookings. As such I always have my phone handy.

On-site guest support

I live locally and I am often available to attend, but if I am not handy, I have great cleaners and tradies on call.

Cleaning and maintenance

I use a team of two ladies who either clean together or separately as required. They take laundry with them to clean at home.

Listing photography

I aim to have between 25-30 photos per listing. I always get pro photos before I publish to maximise the new listing bump.

Interior design and styling

I keep to neutrals maximising texture and plants. I use large art where possible and small art in unexpected places.

Licensing and hosting permits

I have a town planner who I recommend if you are uncertain of your rights. It is A$300 and includes a 60min phone call.

Additional services

I can simply handle guest comms and revenue management or help you do a quick listing reset. I can also help with styling.
