Family-friendly holiday rentals in Coressia

We had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Despina was an excellent host. We found great local restaurants and bakeries in Legrena and the excellent restaurants in Lavrion (The Port Restaurant was especially good). Plenty of amenities in the house and plenty of room to move.

What a great place, with a fantastic view. Got to see the sunrise while laying in bed but also could black out the whole room to seep late. Spotless, very clean, and plenty of space. The pool was great, with a 3m deep end it was fun for everyone. We had no issues with any noises and the neighbours were quiet as well. Parked right next to the door to the house it was great. Definitely would recommend this place for big families!!

Nous avons adoré séjourner à la villa Pepy, tout était parfait, la maison est splendide, extrêmement bien entretenu et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaire. Nous avons beaucoup profité du jardin et de la piscine, le coin est très paisible et nous avons pu bien nous reposer. La maison est proche de Lavrio et permet de se rendre facilement au restaurant. L’accueil de Pepy et Natassa est très agréable, nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis bien accueillis. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour!

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the pool area, which quickly became our favorite spot. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. It also catered perfectly to our baby’s needs. The host and their team were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. In the evenings, stargazing from the terrace was magical, adding to the peaceful ambiance. A perfect getaway for families or anyone looking for relaxation in a stunning setting!

Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut dort gefallen, würden sogar nochmal buchen. Der Pool ist ein Traum und die Gastgeber wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Beautiful house with exceptional sunset views and a private cove with clean sea and sheltered from the wind. Crissa and her husband are very kind and helpful. Highly recommended

What a lovely villa south of Athens. Alexander and Helena have a truly special home. The views are beautiful and the setting extremely peaceful. You will need a rental car if you choose to stay here, but it is worth it if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. Athens is not far, Sounion is about 30 minutes, and Lavrio about 15 minutes. There are many beaches nearby, and many markets to purchase food and other goods. As others noted, there is a short dirt road to access the villa. It is not a problem. If we ever return to the area, I would absolutely stay again.

Très bon séjour dans ce très beau lieu, calme, paisible, sur la plage de Liparo, très peu fréquentée. Maison convenablement équipée, agréable à vivre, avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Petit bémol : la piste un peu difficile pour y accéder (SUV conseillé). Hôte agréable et discret. Bref, un séjour mémorable, à recommander !

Such a perfect place for some peace and stillness. And some beautiful beaches a short drive away. I will never forget watching the sun come up every morning as if I was watching heaven unfold in front of me. The view is really something.

We loved our stay and are so grateful for Vassilia for her wonderful home. It made for the perfect getaway from the busy life of Athens and other parts of our busy vacation!

Ενώ ήταν όλα υπέροχα , δεν θα συστήναμε το σημείο σε ανθρώπους που δεν έχουν τζιπ & έχουν μικρά παιδιά . Υπάρχουν 2 δρόμοι οι οποίοι είναι χωματόδρομοι . Ο ένας επικίνδυνος , στενός με ογκώδεις πέτρες ο άλλος ελαφρός πιο στρωμένος αλλα τον συστήνουμε λόγω του ότι είναι πιο φαρδύς έστω. Πάντως το σπίτι κ η θεα του ήταν υπέροχη .

Thanks so much for letting us stay in your place Ioannis! It is a charming, back to basic house full of character and in a stunning location next to the sea. Ioannis was a great host always there for us and responsive to our questions and giving advice. It feels like Airbnb used to be! We visited in February and we're a bit unlucky with the weather but the house was the perfect place to relax and be cozy. The port is a short walk away and all the restaurants we ate at we're excellent. We also went on a couple of hikes around the island that were beautiful. I hope we can come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spacious, clean and the terrace was just fantastic. Nicholas provided us with clear instructions, and Katie was there to greet us on the day and was very helpful. We hope to come back another time.

Amazing view from the villa.The villa is equipped with all the amenities you could need, especially the kitchen .The outdoor area is all you need to relax and enjoy the view and the pool with friends and enough spacious for a group of 6 people. Location very close to the port(approximately 15 minutes).

Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien in Theodoras Haus, dass fast ohne Nachbarn, sehr ruhig und leise auf einen Hügel nahe des Hafens gelegen ist. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar. Theodora gab uns Tips für Restaurants und Strände und war sehr hilfsbereit. Für einen entspannten Strandurlaub ist Kea und Theodoras Haus sehr zu empfehlen!

Excellent séjour passé au sein de cette magnifique maison nichée dans les collines, au calme, avec une vue magnifique. Seul point "négatif": la climatisation déjà évoquée dans précédents avis mais pas insurmontable non plus! 😉 Un tout grand merci à Polina pour sa réactivité ainsi qu'à la gentillesse de ses adorables parents, Vassylis et Mary😊. Je recommande le lieu sans hésiter!

We came for a week to relax and the place is absolute paradise. The perfect place to get away but still be able to drive to next town for restaurants or shopping. The house is very spacious and feels warm and welcoming. It has really everything you might need. Sitting in the sun by the pool looking at the ocean and the ferrys sailing by while eating a home cooked meal with local ingredients is heavenly. The house has many rooms and we slept extremely well. We are very grateful for Alexandra hosting us and will 100 % come back should we return to Kea. The island is gorgeous and we went on some hikes and drives to explore. We recommend a car/ SUV to get around.

Kiki est une hôte très attentionnée, prévenante et disponible... aux petits soins pour que les vacances se passent au mieux. Elle nous a recommandé un taxi entre l'aéroport et Lavrio, une location de zodiac et nous a même trouvé une maison pour la dernière nuit à Kéa, complétant la disponibilité de sa maison. La villa est grande, très propre et parfaitement équipée . La terrasse est particulièrement agréable avec du mobilier confortable. Une mention +++ pour la piscine qui est extraordinaire ! We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Zijn heel gastvrij ontvangen, zelfs onze aankomst later op de avond was geen probleem. Ze stonden ons zelfs op te wachten bij de poort, zodat we meteen zagen dat we in de goede straat zaten. Het huis ligt prachtig op een berg met schitterend uitzicht. Dit was iedere ochtend een feestje om wakker te worden. Heel rustige omgeving (soms geblaf van honden in de buurt, maar dat is dan ook het enige) en 's morgens brood halen bij de bakker was een heerlijk ochtendwandelingetje de berg af, goed te doen lopend. (5/10 min) We kregen tips over restaurants en als we tijdens de week een vraag hadden, werd deze via de app direct beantwoord. Voor bezoek Athene is de lokatie prima, wel fijn om een auto te hebben, Porto Rafti is gemoedelijk, heeft leuke baaitjes en bredere stranden. Het huis voldeed aan al onze wensen, heel schoon, veel ruimte, prachtige tuin met veel zitmogelijkheden. We mochten gebruik maken van het zwembad. Kortom...een aanrader!!

This place is a gem. The house has top class amenities and the terraces/swissiming pool have incrediblde views and plenty of different furnitures to chill. There is even an extra shadow area beside the pool not shown in the pictures. The sea is litterally 50 meters away. In 30 seconds you are in pristine cristal waters with amazing rocks. Perfect for a morning wake up swim or snorkeling session. We just spent 1 week there and we barely heard any noise other than the one from the sea and the wind. Moreover, Kea is a wonderful island with his own charme not yet impactes by mass tourism! If you are looking for a place to relax and get away of stressful days, don't go elsewhere and book a stay here! You will not be disappointed!!!!

The place was truly amazing. A cosy house and beautiful garden with lots of little cute corners to sit around and enjoy the view. Effi and her husband made sure everything was there for us, they even installed a baby bed and thought about which room was the warmest for our baby. They were super friendly and also bought us some beers and a sweet bread. Thank you so much! We would definitely recommend staying here.
