Great place to stay as it is located at the center of the city. Very accessible area plus we enjoyed the amenities during our stay. Host is very helpful and responsive too. Will stay here again if I am to visit Davao in the future.

Our stay was very nice. The apartment is great, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. The apartmernt is very big. The bedroom is nice. Big terasse with a grill. The internet and Netflix is very fast. 10 minutes ride on the Tricycle going to the market and taxi station. A taxi picked us up and that`s worked out very well. The swimming pool is great and very clear. The host is very friendly and they turn on the light on the pool for us in the night. Thanks to the host - we will come back again. This is the perfect place for you to stay. I will definitely recommend this place. Thanks for everything!

We had a great stay, the mall is just beside the place so that was nice and really convenient. The place was very clean, and they had appliances which some places didnt have (eg. toaster, microwave) Although the mall had a construction nearby the noise wasnt that bad. Ms Criselda and Ms Dina was very accomodating and helpful too, we will book next time for sure!

We had a very comfortable stay. Unit was clean and spacious. It has a good location and just a few minutes away from parks, food establishments and department stores. It is a walking distance to PUJs as well whether you want to go north or south. :) Owners were very accommodating and responsive to my queries. I'd love to stay here again (kids approved too! ^_^) the next time we visit Davao.

It’s absolutely wonderful to arrive after a seven-hour trip to find your place open and ready with drinking water. I appreciate the eco-friendly touch, like dispensers for soaps. The amenities are perfect, and the host is excellent!

my third time staying at this place since 2022. It was still the same clean and relaxing space here in davao. bottled water and coffee were available and also, toiletries which is a bonus. Very responsive and understanding host. Enjoyed our stay 💕

My first time to use AirBnb and tried Verdon Parc. Im kinda nervous since the price listed here was lesser knowing it was in the 22nd floor than any other hosts I chatted with. The host is very friendly, kind and proactive with all my queries despite midnight. I expected 1BR as listed but were shocked it was 2 and the place is spacious specially the balcony was a highlight and very clean. Also, we will recommend this to all my friends who already saw my posts in the socmed. Surely, we’ll come back here. ❤️

My partner stay there for 5 days and it is the first time she did not have trouble sleeping far from home. Also according to her, the place is clean and complete with the amenities listed on the page. I think she had a wonderful stay there. Lastly, Ms. Agnes is responsive and approachable which made her stay there easy and comfortable. I think I will stay there too if I go to Davao. Thank you.

A cosy house on a quiet street with friendly neighbours. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes, and there are shops and eateries along the way. The locals are very pleasant and we met some lovely people. The facilities at the house are more than adequate and it was nothing short of luxurious for my girlfriend and I to have each our own bathroom to use. *bonus* Free Netflix and lots of edible/drinkable goodies very generously provided. A rare, hospitable touch. Thank you Josh for our comfortable stay!
