First and foremost, Michaela is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve encountered on this app. She elevated our experience with constant communication, flexibility, and timeliness with meeting us (we arrived at the airport at 5am and she met us at the Airbnb by the time we arrived at 6am!). Plus, I locked myself out and she bent over backwards to get a spare key to let me in. She’s amazing. The place itself is in a great location with beautiful views. As others have mentioned, people live there, so you’ll find the dressers and closets full of clothes. So you’ll need to live out of your suitcase. Overall, great experience.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in dieser schönen Wohnung. Wir hatten genug Platz. Unsere Töchter haben auf der Schlafcouch geschlafen. Vlad bot netterweise noch eine zusätzliche Matratze an, die unsere Töchter aber nicht genommen haben. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und ist der ideale Startpunkt um von Jersey City New York City zu erkunden. Wenn man vom hecktischen New York zur Yorkstreet 333 zurück kommt, ist es genau die Ruhe die wir uns gewünscht haben. Es war unsere erste Reise nach New Jersey/New York und sollten wir wiederkommen, werden wir versuchen bei Vlad unterzukommen. Liebe Grüße Frank, Karolin, Mia und Romy.

We spent 2 nights at Peter's place, which was perfect for our family. The location is great, beautiful views of the skyline and a short bus ride into Manhattan.

What a peaceful, gorgeous place for a little self-care retreat! Val was a very gracious, welcoming host, and the space itself is gorgeous. The view of the Hudson River from the deck is stunning, and the spa tub and spacious shower are luxurious. Hope to come back again and again!

Such a perfect place for myself and the crew! Beautiful views of the water. Very clean and spacious place. It was so nice that hasan provided hotel amenities like tooth brushes, shampoo and condition and snacks after a long trip.

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

The place is beautiful specially for night city view . Quite place . House is very clean everything and host is very friendly and respectful and responsible. I recommend it’s best for summer because you can enjoy river view on board and fresh air . Winters it’s very cold for close to river for air . We had fun and we enjoyed. Pretty quiet place. Lovely . Ready for an escape? Look no further! Dan’s place is a walk through history in a beautiful, scenic mix of beach and wilderness. I am a local and booked this stay over the week between Christmas and new years as a respite while we renovated our new home about 30 minutes away. Dan’s place is amazing, the scenery is surreal. The sunrise and sunsets are a do not miss. The lighthouse is your backyard and the bay with afternoon seal sightings are your front. 5 minute walk to the pub, easy access to all trails for bike riding and walking. Our kids and dogs had a blast. Lots of deer, foxes, birds. Truly felt like we were worlds away but only 30 minutes from our doorstep. Can only imagine the summertime here, but we soaked it up in the winter too. The house has preserved historic charm with modern updates, everything you need. We will be back!

Michelle’s place was absolutely adorable! I really felt relaxed and comfortable. I slept well in the bed. The amenities in the kitchen were perfect for a short stay and the lake was lovely.

I booked this for my parents. They absolutely loved it. They enjoyed the snow and the place looks beautiful! It is definitely a great stay and we will deficiencies back! The host is super helpful and responsive!

Estefany’s home is beautiful with an epic Hudson & Manhatten overlook. We were greeted at the door with a warm welcome, a quick tour, and a pristinly clean space. The best part was the NJ transit stop was right outside the door that went directly to Time Square. I'd stay here again and again.

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Everything just as advertised, this place is right next to a a train station. The SM team is very responsive. Just some quick constructive feedback, I do wish the bed was a bit more comfortable. But enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

I had a wonderful stay in AJ's place in Hoboken. The apt is just like described in the listing. It is spacious with lots of natural light consisting of a large living room, large bedroom, separate bathroom and a small kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you might need. A Keurig coffee machine was even provided with a large selection of K cups! The apt was very quiet, I could hardly hear any neighbors during my 5-night stay, and I slept very well in the comfortable large bed. The apt is on the 5th floor, but there is a fairly spacious elevator available right across the hallway. The building was easy to find, check in was super convenient with a lock box, and the host responded quickly to emails. The neighborhood is residential, peaceful, upscale, streets and buildings well maintained throughout; I felt very safe walking outside even after dark. #126 bus goes straight to Midtown Manhattan and the PATH station is 15 min walk away with wonderful city views along the river front.

The apartment is located in a perfect location, close to the Hudson River with amazing views across to the manhattan skyline. Transport links were great too - we were able to get across to manhattan for all the sightseeing trips we had booked quickly and smoothly. AJ was an excellent host. Very quick to respond and so helpful with our enquiries. All his responses and instructions were very clear. We would recommend this property to friends and family.
