The space
Valley View Cottage is a newly renovated, beautiful spacious country cottage situated in our stunning open gardens that was once a golf site. With its beautiful artwork and stylish décor it has all the charm of a modern country cottage. Set in 500 acres of beautiful open space, with uninterrupted views of the North Devon countryside and only 10 minutes drive from Woolacombe beach, it offers a real break from the chaos of life and allows to time to breath and reset! Its no wonder guests return again and again once they have found this hidden gem! Willingcott Valley offers the best of both worlds with its quiet, relaxing site whilst being right on the Coast. Weather you want to explore the country/ Coastal walks, head to the beach or check out the local seaside shops, there's something for everyone!
From the front door guests can look out on to the stunning open space perfect for a little freedom for ball games and for the kids to play outside! The view from the cottage is breath taking with rolling countryside as far as the eye can see. With a picnic bench outside for dining together, summer evenings are simply unforgettable! Or maybe sunrise with a coffee, watching the wildlife and enjoying the tranquillity before planning your day.
As you enter the cottage, there is a spacious entrance hall and a downstairs WC.

consists of a beautiful, comfortable lounge with modern furnishings and smart TV, a dining area with a large dining table and well equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, air fryer and Filter coffee machine. It has everything you could need for your stay.
As you make your way upstairs there is a spacious family bathroom, with a bath, shower, toilet and sink. Fluffy white towels are provided for your stay.
The spacious master bedroom looks out on to views of the gardens and rolling north Devon country side beyond. It is truly breath taking to wake up to! This room has a comfy king sized bed and en-suite shower.
The second double bedroom has a comfy Double bed, built in wardrobe and en-suite shower
The twin bedroom has two comfy single beds and a wardrobe This room again has stunning views of the country side for as far as the eye can see.
Free Parking for the cottage is directly behind it and there are no restrictions.
The outside heated pool is open from 23rd May - 29th September
Please note that this is free to use but must be booked and does not have a lifeguard. Information for booking will be sent out prior to your stay.
Did someone say free food???
The Willingcott food truck opens May 23rd- We definitely recommend checking out the face book page! With tasty food that you wont find anywhere else, why not take the night off from cooking and either have it delivered straight to your door or head to the food truck on site and grab a picnic bench or a blanket whilst the kids play with the outside games on offer. With a five star rating on google reviews, its definitely worth trying, you wont be disappointed.
Kids eat free with each paying adult ( selected kids menu)- Let us know when you book your stay how many children are in your party and we will arrange the rest! There will be a food pass for your children in the cottage and this can be used every time paying adults order, throughout your stay!
We have another play area on site with swings and a slide, more suitable for the younger ones.
If your looking for a quiet family site away from the busy holiday parks then this is the place for you.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the whole site, Shared heated outside pool (23rd May to 29th September).
Other things to note
The outdoor heated pool opening times are 23rd may till the 29th September.
The pool is shared and there is a booking system.
The pool opens from 10am till 8pm closing.
As you drive down the driveway coming on to the site, the bin area can be found on your left opposite the main carpark.
To get to Valley View cottage, come down the main driveway and turn right into the carpark. As you enter the carpark, follow the road towards the foodtruck and round the bend passed carpark on the left. Continue down the road, parking can be found on the left and a pathway leads down to the cottage from there.
