The space
Our cosy first-floor flat sits above an architect’s office (in use weekdays only). Access is via a staircase, so please note it's not suitable for guests with mobility needs.

Inside, you'll find a light-filled lounge with a sofa bed and two armchairs, plus a dining area with a glass table for four. The compact kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, and induction hob—ideal for simple meals. The double bedroom has clothes storage and a dressing table, while the bathroom features a full-size bath. Fresh towels are provided.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the beautifully appointed first floor of the property. The ground floor is used solely as an entrance. While there’s no outdoor space, you’re just moments from riverside walks, green spaces, and Arundel’s charming High Street.

Other things to note
The sofa bed in the lounge folds out to a small double—perfect for one adult or two children to sleep comfortably.

The flat is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood that feels very safe. Since it’s a residential area, we’d really appreciate it if guests could be mindful of noise, especially when coming and going in the evenings.

You’ll find a Bluetooth speaker in the lounge cupboard—feel free to use it and enjoy some music, just keep the volume at a neighbour-friendly level.

Parking: you can park to unload alongside the building, there are free spaces in front and to the side of the building, but these are often taken. Free parking is available on Mill Road, please see the signs as not all is free! There is also on street free parking on the upper roads near the cathedral. Parking is free on the streets between 4pm and 10am, and free on Sundays. There are 2 pay to park car parks either side of the building. If one of the spaces becomes free near to your arrival, I will secure it for you.
