Beautiful 2 Bed Lodge style caravan with Hot Tub & large fenced in garden at Patrington Haven Leisure Park. The lodge is 42ft x 14ft so benefits from extra space & it located in a quiet cul de sac. There are 2 bathrooms-one with full bath, American fridge freezer, dishwasher & washer/dryer. Outside you'll find a large decking area with outside seating.
Brand new facilities include Guys Bar & Restaurant, Sun Terrace, Coffee Shop, Games Zone, Indoor Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Beauty Spa & Gym.

The space
Welcome to our beautiful 2 Bed Lodge with Hot Tub at Patrington Haven Leisure Park.
The Lodge is 42ft x 14ft so benefits from extra space & is on one of the best plots on the park situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has Wi-Fi & a beautifully fitted kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washing machine which incorporates a lovely dining area.
The spacious open plan lounge has a flat screen Smart TV, reclining leather sofa & pouffe with French doors opening out onto an enclosed decking area. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV with walk in wardrobe & en-suite shower room. The twin bedroom with its own TV is spacious with fitted wardrobes.
There is a family bathroom with full bath as well as a shower.
The decking wraps around the caravan with steps leading down to the hot tub & fenced in private garden which is ideal for pets and children.
This beautiful lodge also has its own private driveway which has room for 2 cars.
Finished to the highest standard this is the perfect getaway where all you need to do is bring yourself and relax!
Patrington Haven Leisure Park East Yorkshire is a 5 star site. The brand new facilities are now open. At the heart of the park is The Country Club which includes Guy’s Bar & Restaurant where you can enjoy drinks & a fresh new menu all made with locally sourced produce. Or if you don't feel like leaving the caravan then why not order a takeaway & have it delivered. As well as the bar & restaurant there is also a brand new function area, a self service drink & snack area & a dog friendly Lakeside Terrace overlooking the well stocked fishing lake.
To entertain the children there is the Game Zone with air hockey, pool tables, arcade games plus much more.
A beauty Spa offers an array of beauty treatments & there is a Gym with a wide range of brand new state of the art equipment.
The park holds lots of events throughout the year, some that have to be booked in advance.
ALL THE FACILITIES ARE CASHLESS.
The park is surrounded by 40 acres of beautiful countryside and 2 miles of scenic bridleways ideal for people who enjoy walking.
It is just a 10 minute drive to Withernsea & 20 minutes to Hull. Just outside the park is a dog friendly pub & 15 minutes walk away you'll find Patrington Haven Village with coffee shop, Spar, garage, Tapas Bar, butchers etc.
