This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.

The Ackers Residential Centre is a self catering accommodation that sleeps up to 26 guests. Located only 2 miles from Birmingham City Centre with plenty of free parking and great public transport links. The building is self contained and is a perfect place to hold a family get together, stag and hen party or corporate trip! On-site we also have a wide range of outdoor activities like Skiing, canoeing, climbing to name a few to try during your stay which is an option you can Pre book.

The space
Our residential centre is rented out on a self-catering basis for up to 26 people with sole use of the centre…
Downstairs: male communal showers and changing area, female communal showers and changing area, a separate single shower, toilets, a recreation room with sofa, chairs, TV, DVD player, table tennis table and a wide selection of games and DVDs.
 Upstairs: 5 rooms that sleep 2 people (1 bunk bed per room), 4 rooms that sleep 4 people (2 bunk beds per room), separate male and female toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a large room suitable for eating and other activities.
Outside: patio seating area and a bricked area for you to bring your own disposable BBQs. There is also ample free parking around the building. 
Other: lift for disability access and free WIFI.

Please note the dishwasher in the kitchen is not commercial and must be used appropriately.
