Located in a listed Heritage building, one of the city’s Art Nouveau Palaces, it offers a compact yet well-designed space with a modern living and dining area, a mezzanine sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a balcony where you can watch the sunset over the rooftops.

The space
Stay in this designer studio apartment, perfectly located in the vibrant city center, with a charming private balcony. The kitchenette includes a small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and a selection of coffees and teas. The mezzanine sleeping area features a double bed and a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. In the living area, you’ll find a smaller sofa and a dining table that can also serve as a desk. The bathroom is stocked with shower gel and shampoo. The apartment is equipped with central heating, air conditioning, towels, and other essentials. Please note that the apartment overlooks the rear of the building which has not yet been renovated. At sunset, sunlight fills the room, creating a warm, calm, and inviting atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where, the moment you step inside, you feel like you have everything you need.
