Step into a storybook stay in the heart of Oradea, just across from Regina Maria Theater. This designer apartment is in a listed Heritage building, one of the city’s Art Nouveau Palaces.

The space
Welcome to this impressive 82sqm apartment, one of Oradea’s most unique stays, located right in the heart of the city. This spacious and soulful home combines vintage furniture with modern design elements, allowing our guests to enjoy both the historical atmosphere and modern comfort.

It has two generous bedrooms, two private, fully equipped bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a freestanding bathtub), a warm, inviting living room furnished with a super comfy sofa, a smart home-cinema projector with Netflix and YouTube, and a functional, classic pianina. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and essentials, making it easy to prepare a light meal during your stay. All the rooms feature central heating, portable fans and the property also has air conditioning.

One of the standout features is the private balcony accessible from the living room, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine with peaceful views over Piața Regele Ferdinand and city center.

The home is ideal for couples, small families or anyone looking to enjoy an authentic, design-led experience in Oradea’s most central and historic location. Accommodates up to 4 guests, including children.
The apartment is surrounded by the city’s best cafés, restaurants, and landmarks, all within easy walking distance.

While the property doesn’t have on-site parking, a spacious paid lot, with barrier-controlled access and video surveillance is located right next to the the building.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment. All the information regarding the details of check-in will be sent to you a few hours before your arrival.

Other things to note
- For your convenience, the apartment is fully equipped (see list of amenities). Upon your arrival, you will find a selection of coffees and teas.
- The air conditioning is only available in Bedroom 2, which has direct bathroom with bathtub. To help cool the rest of the apartment, each room is equipped with fans that can be adjusted to help moving the cool air throughout the space.
- Government ID will be scanned online before arrival for security reasons.
- The flat capacity is for maximum 4 people, no additional guests allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties, events, or gatherings of people not included in the reservation, as well as any unauthorized commercial activities, are strictly prohibited. (In case of a wedding preparation, up to 8–10 people, including the booked guests, may be allowed, but only upon prior request and confirmation. An extra cleaning fee may also apply.)

Our apartment is located in the heart of Oradea, in a listed heritage, Art Nouveau building, Adorján II House. Just across the street is the Regina Maria Theatre, which you can admire from our balcony. You will be surrounded by historical buildings, architectural landmarks, cafés, restaurants, all within walking distance.
