We welcome you to our Villa

Perfectly located in the middle of this stunning island, just 25 mins away from Corfu town & the airport & 10 mins from Gouvia, it fulfils your expectations for unforgettable holidays.

The Villa is perfect for your dream getaway & comfortable for a big family or group (4 double bedrooms, 2 extra spaces in the living room, up to 10 people, 2 bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet) with a large outdoor pool, all essentials incl. With stunning hill views & a big garden.

The space
The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a downstairs toilet, an open plan kitchen/dining area with a large sofa bed, a large private swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, a patio, a large terrace, surrounded by olive and native trees, with a private car parking space and entrance.

It's equipped with all essentials from a large fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher to pots & pans and cooking essentials like spices, salt & pepper. Fresh bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided and the villa is cleaned spotlessly before each arrival.

Poulades is a quiet, residential area dotted with private villas and stunning hill views, a stone's throw away from the main beaches and sightseeing areas such as Gouvia, Glyfada, Kaiser's Throne, Pelekas, Paliokastristsa beach, Mirtiotitsa beach, Corfu town, etc.

Guest access
The guests will have access to the whole villa exclusively to enjoy in complete privacy.

Other things to note
The car hire is highly recommended, not just for our villa, but generally in Corfu if you're planning to visit the beautiful beaches, historical places, and explore various areas of the island. As they're located in different parts of the island, it's better to have your car.

We also have a contact for local cab drivers who can provide taxi services at very reasonable prices and can drive you to town, nearby beaches, or pick you up and drop you off at the airport at any time. That's if the guests prefer to spend their time lounging around the pool and maybe with the occasional outing.

The pool heating is extra, around 25 euros per day.

​To ensure a smooth check-in, please remember to have your physical Passport or National ID card handy when you arrive. Just like checking into a hotel, we'll do a quick 10-second visual verification at the door to hand over the keys and note down your details for the standard Greek tourist tax registry (AADE).

It's a perfect location where to explore this beautiful lush green island as has easy access to all parts of Corfu. 25 minutes to Corfu town, 10 minutes to Gouvia, 20 minutes to Ipsos, 25 minutes to Spiros Paleokastritsa beach or 25 minutes to Pelekas where the best sunset panoramic views of Corfu at the Kaiser's throne. It couldn't be better placed.

It is situаted 1.5 km from Dassiа and Gоuvia. The villagе intersection lасks a rоad sign аnd travеlers shοuld follоw their mοbilе phone GPS оr lοoк fоr the advеrtisement signs οf the RC Hotel. From Gouvia to Poulades a smаll rоad traverses thе gentle hill slοpе, which is сovered with bushеs, trees аnd оlivе grοves. Along the rоad big yаrds with villas and hοlidау homеs оf different sizе are scatterеd. Some villas hаvе pоοls, others are оrganizеd in smаll cοmplexes but all еmphasize on the privасy and rеlaхing аtmоsphere.

Poulades dоеs not hаve a village cеnter аnd it is situаted next tо thе main island rοаd and is a goоd stаrting pοint of eхplоratiοn.
