The space
Lower cottage
A stone house in the lower part of the farm, with two bedrooms and one bathroom.
It is divided into two parts, with the main bedroom and bathroom facing into the farm and surrounded by lush planting and the upper part with a small porch off the kitchen looking out to the sea view, and a smaller twin bedroom behind the kitchen.
There is space for 4 people to stay, but please note that there is only 1 bathroom that is connected to the main large bedroom.
A large outdoor lounge and dining area wraps around the cottage for your use.

Upper Bungalow
A wood house peaking out of the olive trees part way up hill. It has two double bedrooms and one large bathroom.
Outside there is a front porch and a hang out space on the roof with spectacular views over the tops of the trees and across the sea to the Greek island of Lesvos beyond.

Cabins 1 & 2
Both cabins are a one-bedroom log structures arranged in a group together on a planted sett within the olive grove.
The group of cabins share a simple bathroom.
There is an outdoor kitchen nearby available for the cabins to use.
Guest access
Guests will have private access to their cottage and can wander anywhere on the farm as they would like.
Other things to note
The farm is maintained using permaculture principles to create a balanced biodiverse landscape. It has over 1,200 olive trees and organic extra virgin olive oil is pressed at a local mill annually from its autumn harvest. The fruit orchard has oranges, mandarin, grapefruit, lemon, pear, and pomegranate trees. A large vegetable garden is planted every spring, bursting with fresh tomatoes, aubergine, peppers, cucumbers and more come the summer.
There is a large outdoor kitchen and lounge space for all guests to use as they wish.
The farm is a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the small village of Bademli with restaurants and groceries. The small marina is just below where you can get a private boat trip. And there are many gorgeous beaches for swimming within a 15 minute drive.
PLEASE NOTE: Our homes are nestled right in the heart of nature. It’s the perfect spot for those looking to escape the city, unwind, and wake up to birdsong. This isn’t a hotel-style stay — it’s for people who enjoy being close to nature and don’t mind a little wild charm. 🍀
