The space
Welcome to The Beach House, lovingly designed to offer the perfect blend of a home away from home and a true beach holiday experience. Renovated in 2023, this property sits just two streets away from the beach. **** Note - Unit Spring 2026 coastal defence works are being carried out at the beach nearby, however as of November 25 beach access is now open ****

The property:

Downstairs: Step into a the bright entrance hall, perfect for kicking off sandy shoes. Walk into the spacious open plan living, kitchen-diner, with bifold doors that open onto an enclosed, south-facing garden featuring private dining. The open plan area is furnished with a large corner sofa, cuddle chair, smart TV, dining table, and a modern kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and bar stools. Additionally, there's a second cozy snug/living room with a large corner sofa bed for extra guests (made up on request), perfect for the kids to have their own space! The master bathroom on this level boasts a bath, separate shower cubicle, sink, and toilet.

Upstairs: Discover a spacious landing with an extra living area, featuring coffee shop-inspired seating for enjoying sunsets behind the patio doors. Off this space, you'll find a private balcony with frosted glass and comfortable furniture for relaxation. There are two double bedrooms on this level, one with a king-size bed, a smart TV and ample storage, while the other has two single beds, a smart TV, plus storage. This level also features the second bathroom with a shower.

Around the property, you'll find a selection of games and books for added entertainment. Every guest will receive a complimentary welcome pack, including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and a few extra surprises to make your check-in special.

Other things to note
There will be a large cupboard available to guests which will include any extras we feel you may need to make your stay a little more comfortable and hopefully a few less items for you to pack.
Some of these include - Beach towels, Picnic dinner set,
Beach toys, Umbrella, Board games, Extra blankets, Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board. Washing powder, Dishwasher tablets. Tea Towels.

For your furry friends - Enough for 2 dogs. Bowls & place mats & cleaning spray *

Noise:
As neighbours surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 10pm if possible.
