Kites Nest is nestled at the bottom of our Pant Wood, which is home to nesting Red Kites & beautiful views looking across pasture towards the hills. Perfect peace and tranquillity.
Kites Nest sits at the helm of a hidden valley surrounded by green fields, ancient woodland and a flourishing array of natural wildlife. This peaceful oasis feels a million miles from the chaos and pressures of the modern world and is the perfect luxury rural retreat for couples looking for a secluded romantic break.
The space
Kites Nest accommodation comprises of 1 bedroom with a King size bed, built in wardrobes and patio doors onto the veranda.
The second double bed comprises of a sofa bed in the living area with a Panda mattress topper.
The lodge is open plan living room, dining for 4 and a full Kitchen with gas oven, 4 ring hob plus extractor fan. There is an under counter fridge, under counter freezer in the entrance porch cupboard and microwave. All pans, crockery and cutlery is provided plus more.
The lodge is light and airy with 2 sets of large full height sliding patio doors onto the enclosed veranda around two sides of the property.
The marquis hot tub is accessed form the veranda as well as from the front door and entrance lobby.
The veranda has alfresco dining table for 4 plus other seating for you to relax and take in the peace and quite and stunning location.
There is a full bathroom with bath and separate rainfall shower.
The property has gas central heating and towel rail along with a wood burner. Some logs are left in the store around the back of the property for your use.
We are located on a working farm in rural Mid Wales. You will be surrounded by countryside, wildlife and farm animals along with peace, tranquillity and relaxation.
Tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits & a small bottle of milk are provided for your arrival. Hand soap and shower gel is also provided.

A travel cot and/or high chair can be provided if requested before hand.
We can offer out of season, Sunday only, late checkouts for £25 for an extra 2 hours until 12 noon. Please contact us for availability for this.
From Easter onwards we provide a portable grill stand for disposal BBQ's or approved free standing BBQ's which are welcome to bring with you. We can provide disposable BBQ's as an extra. Please contact about this before hand.
We provide 1 x Bath towel & 1 x hand towel provide per guest booked to stay. x
Guest access
Car parking is an allocated space on level gravel ground. There is a 10 second walk to the property from the parking area.
Cars can be brought to outside the property for loading / unloading or for disability requirements.
The property is self check in, the keys will be found in a coded key safe. The code will be sent to you the morning you are due to stay with us x
Other things to note
There is no phone service signal but you can attach to the WIFI. As we are in rural Mid Wales the WIFI is not Fibre, so may not be as fast as you are used too.
We are located in the Welsh Countryside on a Farm and offer Holiday Retreats for relaxation and 'getaway from it all breaks'.
This said we are in a prime location for visiting many of Mid Wales attractions and beauty for families.
Beaches are 50 minutes drive away. We are surrounded by animals, wildlife, birds , fresh air, stunning views and tranquillity. We are a short 2 miles drive from Newtown and all its provisions of supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways.
The Cabins size is suitable for 2 mid-large size dogs We may approve more on request.
Please ensure you bring your pets usual beds and blankets as we have a strict policy or not pets on our sofas or in the beds due to hygiene and consideration of following guests.
