The Bolt hole is situated on a quite lane in the small Norfolk village of Scoulton. This country side setting is only a few miles to local town centres or 40 minutes drive to the picturesque city of Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful Norfolk Coast line.

An open plane spacious lounge and kitchen with a shower room with walk in shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, en-suite and closet.

The space
Take a relaxing break in the beautiful Norfolk country side. The Bolt hole is located on a quite lane within the small village of Scoulton. Surrounded by far reaching stunning field views and no traffic this is an ideal place to unwind and relax. Free parking in our large dive way.

The Bolt Hole
As you open the front door you are greeted with a cosy open plan ground floor with French doors leading out to your private patio with an acre of garden and all year round hot tub. The spacious lounge has a comfortable sofa that also doubles as a sofa bed for further guests and a wood burner for those cold winter evenings. Free Wi-Fi, 43" 4K Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker.
The modern fully equipped kitchen is where you will find your welcome pack containing - milk, biscuits, tea, coffee, suger etc. The kitchen also has an oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with ice box and washing machine.
The bathroom has a WC, sink and walk in shower.

The first floor has a large bedroom with stunning countryside views front and back with a King size bed made up with fresh linen. With in the bedroom there's also a 32" TV, mirror, hairdryer and drawers. Leading off the bedroom is an en-suite WC and walk in wardrobe, here you will also find your robes and slippers for use with the hot tub.

The Outside Space
At the front of the property there's ample parking for two cars and an EV 7Kw charger.
The rear of the property has an acre of garden with open field views with the resident cows grazing in the fields. You have use of a private patio with seating for four people and a table. Adjacent to the patio is the covered hot tub which is great way to unwind and soak up the scenery.

The accommodation has full central heating system as well as a wood burner.

You're welcome to share our garden with ourselves and our two Old English Sheep dogs Ellie and Skyla and also our cat Wooky.

Welcome to our countryside get away! Our self contained property has excellent front and rear views and the piece and quiet needed from your busy schedules. Our property is remote but in driving distance (around 3 miles) to nearest pubs, restaurants and shops. We welcome dogs and the property has access to an acre of fenced garden which will be shared with our friendly 2 Old English sheepdogs.
