The 'Bothy on the Green' is a quiet, charming base for your Lake District visit. A super king size bed (or two singles), ensuite bathroom and continental breakfast will provide luxurious comfort. Your hosts are experienced and qualified mountain leaders who can provide advice as well as guided walks and climbs as required. Kendal Green is a beautiful green space within walking distance of Kendal town centre with plenty of on street parking. A little gem that will see you returning year on year.

The space
Guests arrive into a private dining area where a table and stools are available for breakfast and as a working space. Wifi, tea and coffee available at all times. Up the stairs to a spacious and comfortable bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Views of Kendal Fell can be seen from the bedroom. Digital TV with access to Netflix in the bedroom. Outdoor chairs and coffee table available so when the sun shines guests can take advantage of a drink outside.

Please ask us if you would like any advice about where to go, what to see or where to eat. We have both lived here for 30 years and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.
Please enquire about guided walks as well as single and multi pitch climbing experiences. Dan is fully qualified to provide you with a Lake district experience you will never forget.
We can accommodate a baby or small child. Please let us know what you need.
