Stay in our large, fresh, sunny, double bedroom with a super comfortable bed, in our yellow, Victorian seaside cottage.

We're situated in Hanover, a stone's throw from the North Laine, a short walk to Brighton Station, & 20 minutes down the road to the sea.

You will have the 1st floor to yourself, and access to a private bathroom, down the hall, with both a shower and a bath. The bedroom has tea/coffee making facilities, plenty of hanging space, dressing gowns, slippers & clean, fresh towels.

The space
You’ll stay with us (Lewis and Ben) in our quirky, yellow seaside cottage.

You’ll have your own clean and bright bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, which is private to you. PLEASE NOTE that the stairs are narrow and steep due to the style of the old cottage.

The ground floor is shared access to your room. You can use the main fridge to keep food in if needed, however we regret that we cannot offer cooking or food prep in the kitchen. The living space and basement are our private spaces.

Unfortunately there is NO IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO LOCAL PARKING as the area is for residential permit holders only. We are happy to assist guests with recommendations for alternative parking options before their trip.

PLEASE NOTE: As this is in our home, we are unable to accept bookings from guests with no reviews. Apologies for any disappointment.

Guest access
You’ll have your own large, bright bedroom and your own private bathroom on the first floor, which only you will use.
(We sleep in the basement floor of the house).

One of us will always be around to initially welcome you for your stay. You’ll access the room from the front door and head up the (steep, narrow) stairs. You will have your own key 🔑.

When you leave you can simply leave your key on the table and shut the door behind you.

Other things to note
We are happy for you to use the fridge to store a little food in, however no cooking or food prep in the kitchen, please.

Frank the miniature Jack Russel puppy lives here too, and might want to say hello during your stay, although he has his own space in the house, so as not to disturb you.

There is NO ACCESS TO PARKING as the area is for residential permit holders only. Unfortunately guests will have to make alternate parking arrangements, with which we can assist if needed.
