The space
This ground floor apartment within a safe and secure development (only 25 mins walking distance from Santa Maria Town centre), comprises of one bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, safe and dresser.
It has a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower. It has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge with a double sofa bed.

Kitchen is equipped with all necessary white goods. There is a TV in the lounge. There is a large fan in the bedroom but currently no air conditioning unit in the apartment.
The lounge opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor dining furniture and over looks the beautiful garden and swimming pool area.

Large communal swimming pool is there to enjoy for our guests with sunbeds to use for free.
Please note the apartment comes with two swimming pool passes per apartment and that is two adults passes. Children don’t require a pass for the pool.
When more than two adults occupy the apartment, only two at a time can swim in the pool according to the condominium’s policies.

Guests can enjoy using small playground and free sun loungers.

Free WIFI available within the resort in reception, pool area and public areas.
WiFi booster for the apartment is available and additional charge apply, please discuss with the host.

There are free shuttle bus passes provided to travel to Santa Maria and Ponta Preta beach. The apartment is allocated with two bus passes for two adults only. Children don’t require a bus pass to access it.
There is a well stocked supermarket within the resort and there is a coffee shop , bar and two restaurants.

Newly developed golf course within walking distance.

Bikini beach is about 10-12 mins by walk where guests can enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere of Bar Marley with its live drumming shows, cocktails, fire and freshly BBQ jerk chickens.

Guest access
Guests can use the entire apartment. Only hallway wardrobe is locked away from guests with cleaning products.

Other things to note
Each guest will be provided with clean beddings and towels for the use during their stay and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. Bottle of water and welcome pack of essentials is provided.

For long-terms stays (+28 days) water/electricity is not included.

Shopping opportunities are limited compared to Europe, so the availability of certain items cannot be guaranteed. We recommend that you plan ahead and research the destination before booking.
