Beautiful seafront cottage on the shore of the Isle of Skye. With its own private sea access, views of the mountains, forests and islands it has been fully refurbished to a high standard creating superb accommodation to maximise the guest’ experience in a prime location. An excellent base for those wishing to explore the amazing scenery, wildlife, bars, restaurants and adventures the Isle of Skye has to offer, just one mile from the town of Broadford for all amenities. 4 Adults/2 children max.

The space
Two living rooms; both with log burners, one with a modern layout (55" LED TV, dining table, sofa and unique Ordnance Survey map wall) and the other with music system, an original 3-foot thick traditional bare stone wall and a comfy deep sofa - ideal for a wee drink and chat in front of the fire!
The kitchen is new, spacious and very well stocked, with twin ovens, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee machine. It is stocked with all required utensils. The modern bathroom boasts a large, extra long and extra deep 'D shaped' bath, separate large walk in shower, LED mirror and shaving point. The cottage exceeds all features you would expect from a property such as this.

Parking is on a gravel driveway, gated, and suitable for two cars. The nearest town is 1 mile away (Broadford) which has all usual amenities. The nearest pub is 0.7 miles away.

The area is extremely quiet, as you would expect. Carnmhor has its own road access and private driveway, with gardens to all four sides and its own private access to the shore. Please remember this is rugged landscape.
