The space
Big pool, comfy beds, and only a short walk to Arenal Beach. We’ve got plenty of space for 6 guests. But it's also great for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5.
🏡 THE HOUSE & LOCATION
Casa Tucan Javea is a 3-level house, recently renovated with style and comfort, in a quiet, green and safe neighbourhood called Urbanizacion La Isla, a few street away Playa del Arenal.
You have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces, and a private front yard that leads straight to the pool, in just a few steps.
Inside, you walk through the lobby, then into the living area with a comfy sofa with TV, a dining area and a kitchen with everything you need. The laundry room is also here with a washing machine and dryer.
🛌 SLEEP ZZZZ ...
1st floor:
One master bedroom (no 1) with a private balcony that looks over the pools and gardens of Urbanizacion La Isla. The size of this room is 13.5 sqm. The bed is King Size (160x200). Workdesk with chair if you really have to...
Also here at the 1st floor there is the kids room (10 sqm) with bunk beds (2 beds 120x200) and a single bed (90x200).
These 2 bedrooms at the 1st floor share a nice large bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks. Hairdryer, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, towles for bath & pool, complimentary from us with your stay.
2nd floor:
The second Master Bedroom with its own bathroom and a private roof top terrace with the same nice pool views, perfect for a little peace and quiet. The size of this room is 14sqm. The bed is King Size (160x200). Workdesk with chair (again).
Ground floor:
Sofa bed + full bathroom with shower. We don't usually prepare this bed, as there are enough to cover 6 people in the bedrooms. But if you do need this one too, let us know to put the linens on for you.
☀️ HEATING & COOLING
There are 4 AC units, one in each room. To heat and cool the house because, well… Spain 😅
During winter months you can use a wooden fireplace just to get that nice and cosy Christmas atmosphere. The wood is not provided with your stay.
🏊♀️ THE POOL
You’ll LOVE this. It's just steps away from the gate of the front garden.
Also, it’s one of the largest swimming pools with non-salty water, not only in Jávea but the whole Costa Blanca. Such big ones are not allowed anymore 😎
There are 3 pools coming together to the island in the middle (La Isla) and there is also a kids’ shallow pool. Super green, super peaceful, super tempting. You can take the 2 lounge chairs from the terrace to the pool.
🪴 OUTDOORS
You’ve got 3 terraces to choose from.
There's the front yard where you can dine and relax with your group and go back and forth to the pool.
For more quiet moments, there's the balcony at the first floor, private for Master Bedroom 1.
For even more quiet moments, there's the rooftop terrace at the second floor, private for Master Bedroom 2.
🌊 THE AREA
Playa del Arenal is only around 500 meters away (about 10 minutes walking). Sandy beach, restaurants, cafés, cocktails, ice creams, all the nice places of Javea. You can walk everywhere, or grab a bike and explore more of Jávea’s pretty coastline and Miradores.
We prepared a guide for your stay of what to do, where to eat. We will send it some time before your arrival.

🚗 PARKING
Free street parking outside on the street, there are parking spaces for the residents of Urbanizacion la Isla. No parking problems at all, as there are also other municipality free parkings on the street.

Guest access
The house together with the front garden are for your private use. The large courtyard and the pools of Urbanizacion La Isla are shared with the residents of the complex.
Other things to note
Please follow the house rules and the residencial pool rules. It is a quiet, safe, respectful and peaceful environment. No parties, no smoking indoors, no loud music. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful place.
