This is a very comfortable, safe, home from home, everything you need & more. Lovely area near everything sea, shops, bars, restaurants, entertainment etc & no need of a car as all is in walking distance & no steep hills -- we love it there.

This is a very attractive & very well kept detached bungalow facing the sun all day with private solar heated & acclimatized a private pool. The area is pleasant, quiet & surrounded by palm groves. It is an easy 3 minute's stroll to the golden sandy beaches nearby.
The local supermarket is 100 meters -- or it is a 3 1/2 minute walk to the local shopping centre, (near the beach) which has many excellent restaurants, bars, supermarkets, car/ bike hire etc. The sea is much calmer on this side of the island & is teeming with life - snorkelling, scuba diving & wind surfing are very popular.
Restaurants, drinks, cigarettes, perfumes, electronic goods, cameras, taxis, etc. are cheaper than the UK.
Most hotels have cabaret show/live music in the evenings - the Beatriz Hotel (3 minutes) is very good.
The villa is fully furnished & in good decorative order. It has:

Bus stop in Matagorda
& taxi rank is not far away and you can hail a taxi as it is going passed the villa or on the nearest corner

Nice quiet area but not far from all the entertainment etc that you want.
there is a nudist beach not far from the villa --
some great sandy & rocky beaches too

There is a key safe for access to the villa -- outside access gates are lockable - full instruction given & there is a safe inside the property too -- parking on the road way outside the villa

By Law we have to register all guest with the Guardia Civil - This is organised by Villa Check in - they meet you at the airport, check your ID make a note of it & register details with the Guardia Civil -- there is a charge of e25 per booking if all the group are at the airport at the same time -- extra charges if people arriving on different flights - times days.

Bought Casa Dasha Lanzarote 1996, improved villa over time. Bungalow perfect, lovely area, near beach, shop's. No car needed + Studio Apartment [ poss access twin bedroom.] Wales Inc. Ty Gwyn Ltd 1996. Sha's pad 2001 extended /adapted for mobility issues... Widowed 23/1/21 house so quiet . decided to share with others. Brother died 13/2/24 now have a 17 year old dog in Sha's Pad
